I've never had a worse experience when receiving a product. Had to pay $79 dollars for a local delivery (would normally be free at Home Depot). The day the product was supposed to arrive no one showed. No one called no one helped. I called customer service and waited 45 minutes for them to transfer me to their shady 3rd party delivery service. 3rd party delivery service told me my order had been cancelled and that I needed to call Lowe's back. Got a call from the local delivery coordinator the next morning telling me my delivery driver had broken his ankle the previous day and wanted to reschedule for the next day. He was supposed to call me and let me know if it was not going to arrive by a certain time so that I could coordinate for alternate pick up as I had coordinated to install the item at a certain time. I received no call and a notification after hours that my delivery was set after the time period of which the service rep agreed to meet, or let me know if he couldn't. This company is an absolute joke. Their employees lack any shred of integrity, work ethic, or pride. Don't waste your time or money here. In case anyone's wondering... I still don't have the product I ordered and paid an exorbitant amount in shipping for.

Six men stood by and watch me struggle to get some wood. Never offered help. Than when I asked to have wood cut, they said that they don't cut wood even though they have a saw. I would recommend people NOT to come here. Horrible service!

This is my go-to home improvement store. They always have what I'm looking for and the employees are very friendly. I got paint this past weekend that was a custom color and was worried I might need more in the future. The lady working at the counter wrote down exactly what paint I had purchased for every size bucket just in case. I also purchased a few outdoor plants. They still seem to have a good selection of garden things even though it's late in the year.

This place is pretty good, but they take really long to restock their inventory. Also don't call this place for any information. No one wants to be on the phone here. You can drive all the way there and ask your question before someone picks up the phone.
