Lovesac in Polaris was great! Extremely busy due to the sale over the 4th of July weekend, but Michael was patient with us & answered all our questions. Can’t wait to get the new furniture.

The good: (1) The stealth tech soundsystem saves space, and works really well. I’ve never had surroundsound prior to this, and it’s really nice to have the sound wrap around you the way it does in the couch. (2) The color and fabric are exactly what we asked for, and are very nice. (3) The assembly was as expected. It took a little time and muscle, but was easy enough to figure out. (4) I like the cupholders and the fitted table. (5) We get a lot of use out of the charging ports that we added. (6) The hidden storage is handy, though not easy to access except in the base that we use as an ottoman. (7) Sales reps at the Polaris store have been very helpful and courteous.The bad: (1) No one in the family thinks this couch is comfortable. On the couch, it feels as though you are being pitched forward. The cushions have lost their integrity already (we have owned for 10 months) - by this I mean, the cushions are squishy in the middle, and you sink into the couch. (2) Family members who like to take naps on the couch find it difficult to lay comfortably on this couch. (3) The couch is very heavy, difficult to move and difficult to clean under.All told, we wish we had purchased something different. The primary function of a couch is provide a comfortable place to sit, and in that regard this couch fails. We spent nearly $8000, and could’ve gotten something much more comfortable for a much lower cost from Lazy Boy or Basset. We are moving in the summer, and this $8000 set from Lovesac is likely going to the basement. What a waste.

Julia and Lorenzo at Polaris store, absolutely outstanding. Julie has knowledge of the furniture product we needed in our situation. It made a decision easy to go with your company after we spoke to both your sales staff members.. And we love the fact that if we change our mind, we can call you and switch out to another product or buy replacement fabric if something goes wrong with one of the panels. And with our pets, it will be great to wash our couch when needed. We love the set up and the flexibility to be either a sectional or a sofa and loveseat combination. We loved the seat tables and cupholders as well. In the end, julia and Lorenzo really sold us on the furniture.
