This store doesn’t even deserve 1 star. My husband and I walked in on 12/7/23 to purchase a bag for my birthday in January. We were told they didn’t have the bag in the store, but I would would have it delivered to my home by my birthday. My husband put the $2;397 on a credit card that night. I received two documents in my email immediately, the receipt and the order information. On 1/10/24, I contacted LV customer service about this purchase because I hadn’t received the bag or any communication about the status of my order. I was told that the Charlotte store was contacted on 12/14/23 about fulfilling my order, but the order was rejected by the story. The woman from customer service told me the order was cancelled, and the money was refunded to my husband’s card at that time. That was not true. No money was refunded to my husband’s card ever. The Easton store manager told me, “there is a glitch in the system”. Do better, Louis Vuitton. Walmart has better customer service than this store does. How is a $2,397 order cancelled and the customer not notified by anyone and money not refunded? I shouldn’t have had to investigate this like I did.

Went in here to browse, immediately was greeted by Joel... who was OUTSTANDING. And, that is definitely an understatement. He let us look around for a bit before asking us if anything had caught our eye. My boyfriend was in the market for a new wallet so we were brought over to the display of their many options. We were both very new to the process but Joel made it all a smooth process. He showed us the many different styles, colors, price values, etc. until he came down to his last couple decisions. Everything is kept very neat & clean, and everybody is very kind & knowledgeable in there as well. We couldn't have asked for a better first experience! Joel even texted after & let us know if we ever need anything to reach out which I think is pretty amazing for a company to do.

Stopped by because my wife's wallet needed a small repair. The representative informed me, it would be $100 for the repair. Going back to when we purchased the wallet, the original sale rep led us to believe repairs were free. Tim from LV quickly resolved our situation and honored the previous agreement. This type of customer service makes it easy to justify the price. Happy customer here!

I didn't listen to the terrible reviews of new LV bags online and bought a new LV Diane bag. The quality is garbage. Started fraying on the right hem after two months and I took it in after four months of casual wear (once a week tops). They would not let me return it and instead the manager offered me an exchange with one bag having terrible double stitching on the front and the second with the heat stamp incomplete on the front of the bag. I didn't feel comfortable exchanging. They sent it back for repairs and when I called they told me it was delayed due to "lack of parts"... guess thread was on back order. Miraculously a few days later they got the bag back in the store! Today when I got the bag back I noticed another thread coming undone. They were going to take it back again for repairs which at this point would mean that the bag was being repaired longer than I've had it. Salesperson and manager kept insisting that it is functionally fine, but with that logic a trash bag is just as functional for carrying things. My belt bag is better quality than this thing. Not my first LV but def my last. I should have listened. For context I sent another bag for repairs and they perforated the leather strap while in repairs, which they replaced. Sick of dealing with poor quality and customer service due to the label. Buyer beware.

Don't go here if you're black. The employees will follow you but say they have someone working to see if people need assistance. Yeah not slick at all! These racist name brand stores don't deserve support! Came here with family around 7pm and a tall white gentleman followed us around the store.

Many times. And this is the last time I buy stuff here. I was like invisible person. Not only 1 time but also 3times were the same …bad Experience. And don’t wanna come back.

Service was great! I’ve heard a lot of people complain about LV stores in general for being snobbish to people but I’ve never had that experience in the Columbus store. Thanks Lily<3

I was in need of a smaller wallet, and I looked on the website to get an idea of what I would like to see. The minute I walked in the store I was greeted by a very kind man. He welcomed me into the store and asked how he could assist me. I told him that I was looking for a certain wallet and I located the wallet. He showed it to me and I said for sure that I was going to get it. He went in the back to get one that was not displayed and wrap it up for me. I told him I wanted to look around for a while, and he said no problem. as I was looking at things, he showed me some hand bags as I was telling him what I was looking for when I come the next time. I was in between a few bags and wasn't sure which one I would like. I will go back for sure, and hope that he is there to assist me.

I’ve been in this store a few times. Totally ignored every time I walk in. The most unfriendly LV staff I’ve ever dealt with. Pathetic I have to seek out assistance to purchase a $$$$ bag! They never have the bags in stock I want to see. Very limited stock. The Beachwood Cleveland store has a much better inventory and very friendly staff. I won’t shop here again. Don’t bother with this store.

Joel is amazing! I will say your experience is very dependent on who you have for sales! For the 2 people who ignored me before Joel and his incredible service as Julia Roberts says in Pretty Woman “bog mistake”. Already planning my next purchase with Joel! ❤️

He took the time to walk in my shoes for one minute. He did not speak down on me. He talked professionally And he stated he had a bag in stock and that he will overnight it. He made it right thank you I am now happy.

Daphne helped me when I was in the store. She was very knowledgeable and patient when it was hard to make a decision with which bag I wanted. I'll definitely be working with her when I come back to the store.
