WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!! DO NOT STAY HERE! I booked a room for $150 a night and ended up getting charged over $500 with no explanation as to why, and to make things worse they stopped replying to me when i asked for a reason for the charges! I am someone who stays at hotels for business trips 3 weeks out of the month and I get the idea that there is no front desk or bell hops like a tradition hotel but this place had ZERO employees to answer basic questions. You can't even speak to someone over the phone because all of the phone numbers lead to automated machines. After I unloaded my luggage I realized the elevator was broken so i was forced to bring all my heavy luggage up the stairs to the fifth floor ONE BY ONE! What kind of downtown hotel doesn't have a working elevator!? By far the worst part was dealing with an employee named Branden. As I'm checking out i get a text from Branden questioning me about the condition of my room and my reason for being there. He proceeded to assume i threw a party in the hotel (i didnt). (See first picture i provided) While we were texting he started harassing me, asking personal questions including my age, reason for visit, where i work, and what i do for work. (The number im messaging is the same number they provide as a contact in case you wanted to verify) The second photo is Branden going as far as calling a client of mine to find out where i work!!! Complete invasion of privacy! Do yourself a favor and stay away from LOFITEL!
