Katie was fantastic!
My wife and I stopped in to look for a pair of jeans that I had bought online. The ones I had bought online were from an outlet so Katie helped me find a pair that worked phenomenally! She was attentive, nice, and seemed to genuinely want to help me find the best pair of jeans!

Jada and Josiah are amazing. If you stop in here, talk to them. They don't just stock the shelfs. They offer great fashion advice.Jada helped me pick out 2 pairs of jeans and a sweater. Josiah showed me the wall of patches available and buttons. He's custom stitching on my patches and tabs. Ask to see the picture book of the different things they can do for you.

I stopped by there yesterday morning (10/15/23). I just wanted to get a couple of pairs of jeans. The lady that opened that morning was awesome. Why?1). She paid attention to the style that i was wearing when I walked in.2). She turned around after i walked out of the dressing room to hear my thoughts and then she gave me her suggestions.3). She was very knowledgeable about the Levis product line.Levis has always been synonymous with quality; from their clothes to their employees.Great job!!

Nice store didn't think Levi cost that much better off getting from other outlets. But staff was nice and store was well kept.

Good location, organized store. Two negative things, it is not possible to find different options like online, and the girl (Asian look) at the cashier is zero charismatic. In my opinion, she should not be working directly with customers. Needs to be more friendly.

They do tailoring for both Levi's jeans and others, which is convenient and cheap! Love their ability to know exactly what pair of jeans to recommend.

Every time I have gone to this Levi’s the employees have been kind, comfortable, and genuinely friendly people.They honored a return past the window, and I am so grateful.

I drove half an hour out of my way for a return only to find a sign on the door saying their hours had changed due to staffing shortages and they now close at 7pm instead of 9. I get staffing shortages, but the hours need to be updated on Google.

Visited this store a few weeks ago and had a great experience. The gentleman running the store was extremely helpful and patient with helping me find what I was looking for. When a cut I liked wasn't in stock in my size, he did a great job of both checking online and making alternative recommendations. In the end I walked out with a couple pairs of jeans that look and fit great! Would definitely recommend.

Convenient location to deal with online refunds. Not much of a selection for exchanges or shopping.Great service though.
