Josh and Sean in LensCrafters Macys went above and beyond assisting me in store. They were attentive, were very knowledgeable of their products, offered solutions, and made it a very pleasant shopping experience. Dr. Terry was very thorough and wonderful to work with. I will be recommending my friends and family to come here for their vision care needs.

This store is awesome. I’ve gone year after year and every experience is a good one. Josh is there every time and always takes care of me. I needed a new pair of glasses b/c I left my puppy in a room unsupervised for thirty seconds. I went back to this LensCrafters in Macy’s at Easton because it feels like a little eye boutique. I picked out new frames and Josh told me that my old pair had repair or replacement coverage and they could replace my Persol’s for $50 flat. I bought another pair - different frame - and I’m delighted with both.

Great experience shopping for glasses. I had the prescription from my doctor, and went to the store to select frames. Great selection, high-end designers. Then the gentleman who helped me was fantastic! VERY knowledgeable, and helpful, not at all pushy. He explained everything to me so I understood my options and what the options meant in regards to my script. Can't say enough about how great Shaun was!

Joshua Jerrell, the optician, was excellent! He provided great service, very personable, and didn’t charge us a thing to replace a nose pad and tighten screws on our sunglasses. He even offered to clean the glasses we were wearing. He also shared how we may be able to use vision insurance to buy our next pair of glasses. Thank you Joshua!

Dr. Terry‘s team is fantastic very helpful. They are super friendly. I needed some repairs on some glasses I had and they fixed it quickly and with a smile couldn’t ask for better.

I found Jen to be knowledgable, professional, and friendly which is a rare combination in todays retail businesses. It was refreshing to not feel rushed and actually enjoy my eyeglass selection process. Will definitely refer friends to the Easton Town Center location.

I’ve had glasses for over 25 years and this is the best experience that I’ve EVER had anywhere. If you’re looking for a new eye doctor, please consider Alison Terry. You can really tell that she loves her job and cares about her patients. 1000/10 would recommend.
