It has been a long time since I had been to the eye doctor. The staff and the doctor at Horvath /Lenscrafters were extremely kind, outgoing and throughly explained each step of the process, answered any questions I had, explained that I had options, explained them all and, made me feel comfortable. Walked away actually feeling good about having to get a prescription for the first time. Just an all around, positive experience!!

The doctor was amazing! Spent $1100.00 on 2 pairs and waited over a week for the final product to be told still not ready and needed up to 14 days! We would have chosen another company had they been honest! Needed for out of town!

This was an awesome experience. Lori helped me and worked on all the insurance stuff while my wife and I picked out glasses. She helped us settle on 2 pairs and before you know we were on our way. Thanks Lori, Jim J

Customer service is trash they hire just anybody y’all think yall getting deals huh lol! Don’t go here there is plenty other places that is professional and understand that the customer is the reason they are in business. I called and a lady answer that was a foreigner and I asked a basic questions about getting my prescription emailed or mailed to me because I misplaced the first one. The foreigner asked me a question that didn’t even relate to what I was asking so I said is this LensCrafters to make sure I didn’t accidentally dial another num and she said yes I ask to speak with another representative or supervisor that can understand me and answer my simple question I asked. She put someone else on the phone an English speaking woman and oh boy was she the rudest. I asked a why do y’all hire people that don’t understand English and I also asked what is the Arabian woman name and she said she not Arabian. I said okay well the foreigner and she said Joanna is her name called me ignorant and hung up the phone. I was blown away bc I don’t know her race so you take it personal and hang up so unprofessional but it’s okay I never shop at LensCrafters and will tell anyone who do mention y'all the terrible experience I had bc of someone couldn’t understand a simple question!!! I will never come back to this place the already over price on the glasses they sale like I am cool on this place never again!

THANK YOU Amiteesh!!!!! I wish I was kidding when I said I spent 2 hours deciding on frames. He was very kind, patient, and honest which I appreciated- since I was asking for his opinion. And then he helped me price stuff out to see which frames would be what price. And then after I checked out I came back in b/c I thought something on my receipt might have been wrong- and he was still so nice & explained it so it made sense to me. At that point I probably would’ve lost my patience. Very great experience here!

I always get good service here and got my glasses back quickly. End of the year and Christmas time too, I ordered prescription glasses and prescription sun glasses. Both glasses are Ray-Ban. Great quality

I had a great experience today! Dr Horvath is alway very thorough and informative. Amiteesh was great to work with when choosing my frames. He chose options to compliment my face shape, keeping my prescription and budget in mind. I would highly recommend this LensCrafters location.

I really loved my glasses and the associate talked me into this special coding for my glasses that basically has now created an issue almost 2 years later, the coding is peeling off, which has affected the lens… Just be careful with the coating I feel like I have a defective pair and since I’m outside the warranty, LensCrafters as an organization does not help, so I’m very disappointed because I’ve purchased Lenscrafter glasses for over 20 years and I doubt I will ever go back again because of this one experience.

This location has always been very helpful! They are quick and friendly. Faith was awesome as she gave some suggestions and assistance on my lens selection. I didn’t think I liked any of the frames but she found one that fit and looked good based on what I told her I was looking for. Thank you!!

Great experience, staff was very friendly and helpful as soon as I walked in. The atmosphere at Lane Ave. store was so inviting and friendly unlike the Easton LensCrafters. I originally went to the Easton LensCrafters since it was closer but as soon as I walked in I was not greeted or ask if I needed any help. The workers there were on their personal phones or just talking to each other and ignoring every customer walking in so I walked out and decided to drive the extra miles to the LensCrafters at Lane Ave. As as I walked in Margot greeted me and helped me pick the right frames and lenses for my prescription. I make this my home store and worth the drive for a friendly customer service.
