Cornell always does an excellent job maintaining the property. He is so friendly and helpful and makes living here a great experience. We've lived here for a few years, and it's nice to see the place officially back to life after the pandemic. We're impressed with the resident events (shout out to Nicole), and we appreciate the facilities and maintenance crews keeping the space clean. The leasing office staff are always friendly and quick to respond.

broadly, I’m pretty happy with this apartment and with management. There have a been a few snafus along the way, but it’s so difficult for things to be 100% perfect. I’d recommend this property. I’ve found it very safe for an urban setting. They should rethink their approach to mail/packages.
