If using the big washers no need for laundry soap , they are caked with old laundry powder from previous users, not sure if it's bleach or what ,so be careful what you put into the machine may come out damaged .

Was a terrible experience the owners are using broken dysfunctional machines in their store we informed them of the problem and the did nothing to try and resolve the issue but blame our TIDE soap saying we have bad soap they then used their GAIN soap and got the same results then noticed there machines were dysfunctional and still stared at us confused I then made a comment about there's nothing you can do to help, change our machines anything because I'm frustrated at this point I just put 6 of my hard earned dollars in this machine to wash my clothes and all I got was wet clothes with no wash I will not be coming back and I will inform others not to go here this establishment is garbage and unorganized

I got the time wrong when I arrived and while I was loading washers I was having problems with the soap not making it in through to the wash and the man working not sure if he is the owner or not but was really rude saying you haven't loaded the washer yet! Yelling loudly saying we close at 6oclock and that he didn't want to stay passed that I was so blown away I didn't even want to mention I was having issues with them. So with that being said I will never go back again

THE OWNERS ARE RACIST JERKS. Was told i COULD NOT fold my clothes but they let a SOMALI man fold his and ours were done at the SAME TIME.The place is DISGUSTING and there is TRASH EVERYWHERE.. Vending machines are so nasty i wont touch them. THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Its a good place to go because they give you 30 min. To dry ..but the somilians are like by the dozens there because of the free dryers and thhey try to lie and say they put money after the 30free minutes and that it didnt come on ..and they so nasty ..
