I almost never post reviews on stores but this store deserves all of the accolades. I was in a pinch on vacation in Columbus and needed a new bra stat. They could definitely tell I was panicking and they swooped in and saved the day. So thank you to the staff for helping me and being so, so kind. I would recommend this store to everyone!

I used to work with Lane Bryant and I know how you're supposed to assist customers. I asked an employee about a pair of pants and she stated they were not available in my size. She walked away. She's supposed to see if they're available online and let me know if I would like to order them.
I am a loyal Lane Bryant customer & I would like to be treated with respect. The employee who checked me out, no eye contact or anything. I asked about ordering underwear in my size and she's like "they're not available in your size"
I ordered a bra and it was supposed to be $19.99, I was charged three times the amount.

I desperately needed to go here to get a bra and I never ever go into stores. I finally made my way in and was treated with the most rude and uninviting greeting, the one lady was so irritated
that I was asking for help. She didn't know how to do her job properly, she continued to be rude, putoff, and not helpful. Another woman tried to help after I told her how upset I was but it was too late to turn things around at that point. Too bad how an avid Amazon customer finally makes it through the doors of a brick and mortar and this is how I was treated. I think I'll go back to phone shopping now

Ms Charlotte made me feel at home the moment I walked in the door and even mailed me a personal handwritten note about what we talked about. She's great and made the 30 minute drive worth it. I will return like she asked.

Associates were extremely rude and did not greet us. We were approached twice by two different associates and informed of the closing time -despite us having 30 mins before they closed. The associates even turned the music off (30 mins before closing). The whole atmosphere felt very awkward negative and unwelcoming. While we really wanted to shop for our upcoming cruise - we left with only 2 tops shortly after arriving due to the environment. We will never return to this location.

Customer service was excellent. My questions were answered, and I was assisted with locating the items I wanted to purchase, then permitted to look through the garment drawers without pressure from the salesperson.

RAI made my shopping experience and great one. She made some good recommendations for a wedding gift. Suggested the best way to get the best discounts while using my coupons. The in store promo was better than my coupon. Which allowed me to be able to buy more than I expected. Hence, bought what was on sale and used my coupon on another item.

Do you wanna feel like you are getting helped by a bunch of old ladies that don’t care about your experience go to Lame Bryant at this particular locationMy Fiancé only shops their for her BrasThat’s the only thing they have to offer. The customer service is garbageYou can’t even joke arround or get to know any of the employees. They’re rude they tell you to be quiet and don’t add to any conversation in the store.Very unwelcoming experience wouldn’t recommend unless you need BrasBut when you head over to Torrid next door it s a night and day difference and the employees actually care about there job.Be sure to go next door and talk smack about Lame Bryant

I've been here a few times with my fiancé. To be honest, there are two women who I've seen working here that just seem to be so bothered by customers. My fiancé literally hates coming into this store because they are so intimidating. If you bring up a concern or ask a question they snap back at the customer, for example. I would love to see a reply from corporate to follow up on this.

If I could give it negative stars, I would. Do not ever order for pick up at store when it comes to shipping. I’m currently paying off items I never received that were marked received by this store. I picked up a little more than half an order with the rest as being in transit to store. The 2nd half was marked as picked up, however I never received. I’m sure someone has a really nice wardrobe thanks to my “pickup”. I never received jeans and several sweaters/tops that were marked as I picked them up by the store. Customer service was zero help and basically claimed I did pick it up and I am lying. Buyer beware of this store and very, very, very poor customer service.
