Straight to the point I am a big shopper and Lane Bryant I spent $12-$1500 in cash money that was even with my Langsdale cash so it would've been over $3000 but in the process I double bought two tops I thought that I did not have an I purchased the tops on a half off topsail and I was going through my things and realized that I had the tops I tried to return them to the store I was told that the machine was down but in the process I found out that my name was flagged a day later because I went back to the store and I was told the computers were down again so I went to another store I felt that I was miss treated as much money as I spend with Lane Bryant I shop there weekly and spend lots of money and in their computer system even if you don't have your receipt you can always find out because they can look up your receipt and find your clothing I'll sit back if the store is crowded and wait until they have time to look for my things and in the process of me waiting I do free work for them I sell tools of clothes for them and make them lots of money because I have a knack for clover and I'm a people person with some of their people should be doing the same thing that I'm doing but they're too busy being nasty this is the Southfield Lathrup Village store on on Southfield road the Park Avenue store I was humiliated like I was a thief I was embarrassed in a bar on anxiety so I am asking people to be very careful

I called the customer service line to pay my 4.00 charge and got told after telling the CSR that my credit card was not a debit card. After the 4th time and her putting me on hold 4 times I asked to talk to a supervisor or their helpdesk. I was put on hold and then another person came on the line. Their CSR are contractors just so you know. The other lady said we can take the 4.00 out of your checking account if you give us the routing number. I told her I dont let anyone into my checking account and I dont use debit cards either. She finally said that I could not use a credit card to pay a credit card. I said why not you can process to see if the credit card is good and it would show right away. I will send a payment but I will also be writing a letter to Lane Bryant they just lost a customer. Just a note the CSR's very nice while I was talking to them.

Boo on you Land Bryant! I'm so ashamed of the fact that I have been a diehard fan of yours for so long. I've called everyday this week only to be promised call backs and resolutions to your website error. My PayPal account was locked and my package sent to the wrong state. They probably didn't tell IT something was going on because the only time I've spoken to anyone was when I called and dealt with reps that say something different than the last person. I'm definitely going to start taking a harder look at your competition. Y'all are operating like you are still 1 of 3 stores that cater to the voluptuous woman. You're not!

I have an important engagement to attend and decided to go to the Roseville MN Lane Bryant. I've shopped there before with adequate results. Today I was there at 2 minutes to 11:00. The store was to open at 11:00 am. Another person and I stood there waiting until 11:10 when another person came, made a call, and apparently had the employee open the doors. The woman who made the call had a really bad attitude and treated everyone like they were a bother. The other employee was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I had to witness the woman who presented as some sort of manager show the worst customer service. While I've shopped online and in person with LB for many years, I've become accustomed to poor service: online order delayed by months, no response when I tried to contact someone, and the usual lousy customer service. But today was the limit. So we are clear about who we are talking about. The positive woman is black and the horror is white. Fire her or give her lessons in how to treat shoppers. I have long since tried to decide if I should just give up on LB and go to an alternate store. Today made my decision for me.I will be contacting any and all executives and the BBB about this shockingly poor service.

Found out my account was breached and contacted them. I took a screenshot of someone else that had been added and for my bills to start going to. The representative told me "oh well, just update your information. OH, I RECORDED THE WHOLE CONVERSATION WITH THE REP TO INCLUDE HER GIVING HER NAME. I ask how does Lane Bryant handle these matters. The rep didn't respond. I said hello are you still there and she said yes then went silent again. She refused my request for a supervisor. So I'm posting the content on every social media medium and filing the breach of information with the FTC, BBB and any other entity that can help. I am probably not the only one whose information was breached. Maybe, just maybe the right source to find out how many breaches occurred is the news stations. I am starting to hate Lane Bryant the online service department is the worse. To empathy no sympathy for the customer. I am not asking for anything free but if u cancel my order due to systems error and I call to reorder cause I got the email. Offer express shipping cause now I may not get my item in time for my vacation trip. Im going to stay away from this simply for awhile. To many other companies out here that I can do business with and get my products in time. Then when u ask to speak with a manager after waiting 20 minutes now they have to call u back. Oh no thank you.

I had a horrible online ordering experience, contacted customer service where I was told it was my error for not updating my shipping address, even though the order and my invoice showed I had the correct address listed. I had to drive to another state to pick up my order before it was returned to the company. I ask multiple times to speak to a manager, hoping they would make it right or at least an apology. I was told I would receive an email that had the proposed action and a resolution to the problem on two different occasions and I'm yet to receive any email or phone call. Ive worked in customer service a very long time and blaming your customers for the companys mistakes shows the lack of appreciation Lane Bryant has.

Store 06043 in El Paso, TexasTo whom it may concern:So I usually don't like to write complaints about stores but this time I'll make an exception. It's hard enough finding cute plus size clothing, but receiving bad customer service at the ONLY Lane Bryant store in El Paso is pretty bad. So everytime I've walked in no one ever greets you and tells you about the promos. They're always behind the counter in back of the store. This isnt the first time this has happened, I've walked in so many times and this is always the case. I even stood outside the fitting rooms waiting for the employees to notice me and they basically either ignored me or didn't care enough to look over in my direction to see if I even needed assistance. I mean it's a small store you can literally see EVERYTHING. I mean for being the ONLY Lane Bryant store in El Paso shouldn't you WANT to stay in business and offer exceptional and memorable friendly customer service? I mean I work in retail too, and if you don't want to interact with customers maybe you shouldn't be in retail. Now I shop here because I like the clothes, but I don't enjoy being in such a negative, empty space. I hope you either get new employees or retrain the current ones to give better customer service

My daughter and I had the BEST service at your Easton store last week. We had been looking for bras for months, probably over a year. Going from place to place when we decided to give Lane Bryant a try. We had a bad experience at the Polaris store about 18 months ago and didn't think we would ever go back. Well we are now converts. We walked in and knew we were looking for no lace, no underwire bras and were lucky enough to have Bonita come to our rescue. She would check on our fit, see if we needed a different size and when we did, she ran out and got it for us. We came home with 6 bras! I can't tell you how thrilled we are. Our bras were 6 yrs old and well past their prime. We've been looking forever.

Beware when shopping at Lane Bryant. When they forget to put your merchandise in the bag they will screw you royally, I am returning everything they did put in my bag and will NEVER do business with this company again. They are thefts!

I do like a few of your pieces you got but in my opinion I think you are starting to look more like items a older person that’s more in there 80’s would where what ever happen to the time you use to sell more treads and not such a granny style of clothes and I also think your bras are getting a little out of control with the prices your charging for them
