Could not have been a better experience! It started out as a total nightmare primarily because of insurance-related problems! Turned out to be a good experience! Melinda is a real gem! Really cared about me and my situation! Kept me advised as to progress and helped with every aspect of job! Kudos!

Took my car here because progressive recommended it. They fixed my car and got it back to me and it sounds horrible!!! It has a grinding sound when I turn left and when I accelerate it also makes a strange noise. I just bought my vehicle a year ago and it is a certified used so nothing was wrong with it before this accident. They claimed they fixed everything but they did not. I took it to my mechanic who told me he could fix it but instead I called the shop to try to get them to fix what still needed to be fixed. I called them on and off for two months with them saying they would call me back to get the car in and they never called me back. I had to keep on them and they still would not get my car in. I finally called progressive and worked it out with them so that I could take it somewhere else. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They will say your car is fixed but it is not. They do cheap work and tell you something like we are gonna call you back and never do.

Still had scratches at the damaged site after my car was "repaired", resulting in me needing to return my car for an additional 2 days to complete the repair. The quality of the repairs are good. however, after picking it the second time, I noticed the window was not working on the door that they repaired. They said there is no proof it was working prior to the accident (which clearly it was), insinuating that I lied just to get the window fixed. They said they would 'look into it' and get in touch with me. This was a week and a half ago and have not heard a peep. They are not organized and seem too busy for the workload and thus resulting in missed damaged and lack of follow-up.

This is one of the shops my insurance suggested to fix some hail damage to my exterior. The work was quality and the woman at the front was nice kept me up to date. The turnaround was a week so much less of a headache as I thought it would take longer. They also cleaned the inside of my car which looked and smelled great! Normally I am a Roush Honda customer, but I was in an accident with a Progressive Insurance customer, and they recommended this body shop, and claimed they could get me in fast. So, I thought, how bad could it be for a little fender scratch? Ha Ha!!! Lesson learned! Within seconds of pulling in the parking lot, I was yelled at for entering the wrong way. (The gate was open, so no visible signage.) Next, they lost my appointment, although I had called days prior to confirm. The front desk receptionist was blunt; she cut me off when speaking. The entire atmosphere was not customer service friendly and in the end, I was so happy that they lost my appointment. I will stick with Roush Honda.

Nice staff but they take forever to get your car done. Don't expect to have it back for 2 months.
