Does not honor appointment times. We had an appointment scheduled in advance and arrived early to check in. We ended up having a wait of over an hour past the scheduled appointment time. Consider going to another location to save some time.

This building is kind of old, but the tech is up to date. The staff is the reason I am giving 5 stars- receptionist was super helpful, I watched her assist like 5 other people after I came in (some of them were grumpy) and she was very kind and helpful with everyone. The tech who did my blood draw was kind and compassionate, also very personable. It was a quick interaction but she made my visit pleasant. I would 100% go back and recommend.

Place is a joke! Says it opens at “7:00”, no staff is ready to work, numerous people waiting….just poorly managed. The techs are nice, but plan on waiting an hour.

Appointments mean nothing at this location. I had to leave as they were over an hour beyond my appointment time. Will not ever use this location.

Great Experience with staff. I was processed within minutes upon arrival. Beautiful young lady with ruby red hair was an absolute Gem. Thank you! Highly Recommend This Place.

Front desk associate (woman with green hair) is so rude. She looked me in my eyes and put her head down and kept writing. I waited three minutes then asked how to check in then she told me she was doing something… she got lucky today.

Front desk lady SLOW and unfriendly. The clientele is sketchy at best. Do not recommend this location at all.

I always make an appointment and always have to wait at least 15 minutes before being called back. Walk-ins always get called before me, which is not supposed to happen with appointments. On my last visit there was no one at the desk and I heard the three technicians in the back talking instead of calling people. It took 45 minutes after my appointment time to be called.

They have posted opens from 7 am, but this morning it opened at 7:35 am.

Had appointment for 3:15. Came and checked in 3:05. It is 3:35 and I am just now being brought back.Moderate wait times regardless of scheduled appointment. Sweet employees though.

I got here on time for my 7:30 appt. Checked in in my vehicle. The building didn't open til well after 7:30. I waited for a while until I went in per check in instructions. It is currently 7:50 and I have yet to be seen. Now I'll be late for next appt.....FYI....I didn't get called back until after 8am.

This place is a joke. Called to schedule both my employee drug and fingerprint screenings at this location. The location wasn’t ideal as it is quite far out of my way, but I scheduled here because they were one of the few places that offered both services the same day. The first appointment I arrived to, I was told I could not do my fingerprint screenings because the associates that were in charge were not in the office. I was then directed to schedule for the next day. I called to reschedule and asked that they specifically confirm with the office that my 3:30 appointment for fingerprints was confirmed since it was so late in the day. They verified. Fast forward to my appointment time, and they tell me I won’t be accepted today because they stop screening at 2:00. No apology, no nothing. Now here I am, 2 days in a row- time and gas money wasted. Save your time, schedule somewhere else.

To the person who reviews below, Brittany, your review is extremely biased and should not be used against anyone who works there. Unless you are a 100% perfect human being and have never made a mistake in your life, bad mouthing someone that may have been having a bad day is just wrong. Was she rude to you while she nearly missed but still managed to get your second vein? I have never had an issue with any of the ladies who work there and I get my blood done regularly. Sorry you had a bad time, but damn girl, you really need to check yourself.
