The employees are nice, quite friendly people working with what they have, no issue with that part. As far as the company itself? Horribly inefficient, unhelpful as far as receiving results & dodgy. Oh, well. They were free with my insurance.
Oh, wait, they also tested my results incorrectly & it messed up my medications. I then had to retest which was inconvenient. That was lame. Maybe go somewhere else for medication related testing. They do a very bad job.
But I guess if you need to score “clean” for other purposes, try here. I was very much on REDACTED at the time of testing & it said I was good to go. Not a trace. :)

VERY RUDE STAFF!!! They act like they don't even want to be there. Sit there listening to them talking and laughing whole time. I wouldn't recommend this lab to anyone. Lazy!!!!

Could not read test orders from doctor. Didn’t understand what tests they wanted done. I could google to see what the tests were and my doctor found it super unusual they didn’t know what was being asked. Unprofessional untrained.

Absolutely terrible customer service from the lady's front desk, not recommended to get your testing done here. Avoid this place of any cost.

Disastrous rep od Labcorp. Not a single person will take a phone call. The auto bot is there to waste your time.Did a drug test on Monday 7amThey DID NOT sent the specimens until Thursday. That irresposible processing costs people's jobs and money. Do not choose this lab for anything. And once you reach someone they keep claiming due to Covid. Covid was three years ago, learn time management and pay and hire people.

This is one of the worst lab and we waited for 50 minutes and they said we can't get the testing done. Please go elsewhere and save your precious time.

Many people the reviews said it took a long time and they waited forever. Maybe I got lucky but I showed up checking in on their digital kiosks (I'm assuming are recent additions?) Then went directly in the room. After getting my info in (I'm traveling through town so they needed to try and find my doctor in the system) I got my blood drawn and out the door in minutes. Friend and kid people. Atleast the one person one engaged with (I forgot her name :/)

Melissa and Sonia were amazing! They done everything possible to make sure I was able to get labs done. Very patience and understanding.

Lab personnel are rude and condescending. Would pick any other lab corp over this one.
