I had a Lazy boy chair with a lifetime guarantee. Well, it is 21 years old and it broke. They were trying to fix it, but they could not replace a part as it is not available. They gave me 20% off a new chair , but that is still very expensive. In fact, there is 25% off sale which was even better. Well, $2,000+ later, I am getting the chair and then I get the surprise of A $380 delivery charge. I left the store in shock about how much I had to spend to replace my "lifetime warrantied". Chair.

I went in one Saturday without my husband and found what I liked. And then when I got a call from Jeff that there was an additional sale coming up, I made an apt and got my husband to go with to make sure he liked what I wanted.... Then the process to order was done speedily... About 20 minutes that second day...was great experience. Not just waiting for ours to be made and delivered...

I visited my local store to browse. I found 2 recliners on sale! I bought both on the spot. The salesperson answered my question about the lifetime warranty on recliners. I have one that needs service. The process was explained to me including a direct line phone number provided.

Excellent service. Justin did a fine job of listening to my needs and directing my search. I was introduce to the designer, Caitlin, who traveled to my home for complete and correct measurements. With her help and guidance, I was able to complete my two rooms and everything matches and fits perfectly. Thank You

Had a really disappointing experience at the Polaris La-Z-Boy store. I am looking for a new couch and spent at least half an hour in the store looking at options, and in some cases measuring them, which should have been a clue that was actually looking to buy. The entire time I was there no salesperson acknowledged me, even after finishing up with other customers. Before I left, a couple came in, and then a man looking for a recliner. The sales people promptly approached those customers. The store itself is getting a two-star rating 2 star rating today because as I was measuring a piece of furniture the third salesperson, working with a couple and about to close the sale, took a moment to tell me where I could find info. That's as close as it came to being a good experience.

My mother ordered a couch from LB. Had to wait several weeks for couch, then delivered the wrong one. Left it at her house for at least 3 weeks, when they finally picked it up told her could not order correct one till they had that couch back. So she waited another 3 weeks or so. Delivered another couch last week was another wrong couch. After may phone calls most did not even call her back. Now they are saying will order the couch she wants and she has to pay a restocking fee. Which is ridiculous. I would never ever buy anything from LB ever. She was lied to more than once and has been without her new couch for over 2 months. This is not the way to treat a customer. Especially one who is 93 years old. Lazy Boy. Shame on you Hope anyone who reads this goes to another furniture to makeva purchase.
