We had an excellent experience purchasing a sofa and chair. Our sales person, Malcom was very knowledgeable about the product and once he knew what we were looking for he was able to show us several options to choose from. He did not pressure us in any way nor did he attempt to upsell or add options but he did tell us what was available. We have purchased numerous La-Z-Boy products in the past and always been satisfied.
