Usha, the director of the school, seems very friendly and professional when doing the tours and speaking to parents daily. How she treats her staff however, seems to be a different story, I have witnessed her SCREAMING at her staff inside of classrooms at least twice since enrolling my children several years ago. My children’s teachers over the years have been great so I hate to think of them being treated in this manner by their management team. I imagine this is the reason it seems that they change out their staffing so frequently. They have very few of the staff that were employed when I first enrolled my children and even the staff that had several years at the center have dwindled over the past few years. Overall the care that my children receive from their teachers has been wonderful but staffing and management/teacher relationships seem very strained.

Our kids have had an awesome experience at this school. The director, Usha, is super involved in what is going on in all of the classes. The teachers have been very warm and patient with both of our children - we feel like our kids are truly cared for and loved. They are excited to go to class every day, and they have learned more here than at the previous place my daughter had been attending. The teachers provide milestones and teaching plans that they show each week, which I appreciate, too. I would definitely recommend La Petite Academy at this location.

Usha is very misinforming. She told me one thing before I enrolled my daughter then told me another now. She tried to blame us (her parents) for giving our child a hard pacifier at the daycare which lead to me picking me daughter up with DRIED UP BLOOD ON HER MOUTH!! And all of a sudden nobody seen anything. She made it seem like nothing really matter. My child that has a busted lip and dried up blood on her face. Then she had the nerve to put her dirty hands all over and try to put them in my daughters mouth to see where her lip was bleeding meanwhile her teacher had on the proper PPE. My daughter was only in this daycare for a month and so much has happened already!!! Also a teacher was grabbing kids by there forearms and pushing them aggressively to the table making there chest be the reason they stopped sliding into the table. Once I said something the only thing they did was have them do training!!! What a joke !! If this was your child I’m sure you’d do the same thing !!! Usha you’re very unorganized and you need to get your job together. Not knowing what you need to know while doing a tour for a potential prospect is wild to me! Then trying to make me seem delusional like you told me all of this info before I enrolled my daughter when me and my sister wrote everything you said down and THAT was for sure in it. I talked to other parents and employees and they all said usha is very disorganized and irresponsible. Very much would give the rate a 0/10. The only positive was her teacher Ms crystal!! Absolutely loved her and she doesn’t get acknowledged enough!!

Don't recommend highly unprofessional teachers smoking outback then holding my 2 year old smelling like smoke- no way! Gross!

This is such a great daycare!! I can't say enough good things about this place. As a parent leaving your child with strangers is so hard. But all the staffs in La Petite makes you feel like they are part of your family. My daughter has been going there since pre-K. They have helped her so much in learning different things and boosting her confident level. Soon as you walk in, most of the time, you are greeted by Ms. Carrie or Ms. Phyllis. They are so welcoming and will make you feel at ease dropping your child off. They are willing to help in anyway. Now my daughter is a little older, she only goes for the summer program, and she loves it! Definitely would recommend this Daycare to anyone.

Many thanks to the very nice valet who helped me carry cakes into Brio and then parked my car. Service with a smile on a rainy evening. I’m sorry I didn’t get your name. You gave me first class treatment & it was much appreciated. I was there about 3:45 for a private party at Brio. My best regards to you.

The mall itself is nice enough. However, I visited Aerie for the first time on Tuesday and the customer service was absolutely terrible. No one offered to measure me or help me find the right styles. The sales associates just stood around doing nothing with grouchy looks on their faces. They watched as I went in and out of the dressing room several times trying to find the right size and never offered to help. I will not be returning to this store. I was thoroughly disappointed.
