Overall, I like the countertops, but I would try another company next time.The design process was a little difficult. I told them 3 times that they had the bar incorrect and that the edges would be wrong before they fixed it. The scheduled date that they told me was wrong, but thankfully I caught it. However, I would be ok with that if the install went better. There was very little communication with me. They cut a corner of the countertop off to make it fit around a door frame. Now, I can never replace that door frame because I'd have a notch in the countertop for no reason. The worst part was the countertops on the 9" cabinets for either side of the stove. I didn't notice it right away, but the countertops were VERY crooked (see the pictures).Fortunately, they are ok now, but they had to return, I had to line them up myself, it threw my schedule off, and the install guy kept saying that it was because of me that he had to install them crooked. Even when he returned, he thought it was just because a countertop was loose. Then, when I showed him it, he just chuckled and blamed me with an excuse that made no sense. The cabinets were spaced perfectly, but he just installed it wrong. I've never seen anyone claim that the countertops needed to be angled away like you see in the second picture, and that was on both sides, so in opposite directions. Very confusing. It would never have fit a stove, and I was 10 feet away the entire time. He didn't say a word about any issues during the measurements or the install.I'm happy with the quality of the countertop. However, I won't recommend L&E to anyone I know. It's just too much work to work with them. Their install crew worked too quickly and made mistakes. Taking more time to do quality work and having better communication would fix 90% of the problems.

We couldn't be happier with our cabinets and Granite. The quality and installation were superb. We shopped around and L&E gave us the best price. We highly recommend, and have recommended L&E to our friends.

We had purchased quartz countertops for a kitchen and island. From ordering to installing L & E Stone were very responsive and quick to do business with. 10 months later we are still very happy for using L & E Stone. Thank you so much for helping our kitchen to be the heart of our home. We will definitely do business again in the near future.

L & E provide excellent service! They were great communicating with us through the entire process from looking at samples in their showroom to the day of installation. They showed up early to install! We got a quartz counter top and love it! They are professional and obviously know what they're doing. I highly recommend L & E!

Wonderful experience! Leslie helped us make our dream of quartz countertops come true and fit into our budget. Originally planned with a side seam but they were able to find us a remnant and installed with no seams! Highly recommended. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff!

Granite supply shop told us we needed to have two slabs to do our countertop. But they only had one slab of what we wanted and would have to wait weeks for a new shipment. L&E staff came over and measured the space we needed and told us one slab would be enough. That saved a lot of time and they even did it where there were no seams.They were quick to install and even came back a couple times at our request to change our L shaped brackets to help support the counter (we had wood L shaped brackets originally). They came back again to fill in missing spots on the caulking of the under mount sink.We are happy with our countertop and the helpfulness of the L&E staff.

I have used L&E for 8 years, 3 different homes We’ve had. The first home we used L&E was a new build in 2013. Vincent was a breath of fresh air helping us design our kitchen. Vincent is very detailed oriented which was helped us from making a huge mistake. I wanted to put the dishwasher next to the sink cabinet, due to the angle Vincent said you will not be able to full extend your dishwasher door down without it hitting the sink cabinet, we placed a different cabinet there, problem solved! I’m very thankful Vincent had the foresight to bring this issue to my attention and prevented additional expenses to me. The cabinets are SOLID wood very important to us along with them having soft close doors and drawers. The installers are very professional, clean up after themselves and fast! As a Realtor, I have referred many of my clients there for cabinets and granite. It’s very important to me when I refer my clients to a business they will be taken care of and receive a very high level of service while not being taken advantage of. In my opinion there is NO other cabinet or granite company I would use!

I worked with Leslie and Hannah on purchasing quartz countertops for my kitchen and bathrooms. Great selections and prices! I was able to see the slabs for my selected stone. They have a great set-up for a showroom in the front and a warehouse in the back. They have a decent selection of stainless steel kitchen sinks and porcelain bathroom sinks. I shopped around - they are not the cheapest or the most expensive. But they have the quartz that I want and have terrific customer service.

When I decided to put in a new kitchen I found L & E stone in a web search. Called them up and Jennifer sat down with me and helped design my kitchen remodel. Price was fabulous for the cabinets and they are really good quality cabinets. To this day, 10 years later they still wow people! They built the cabinets and I installed them to save money. They installed the granite, sink, faucet and backsplash. I was absolutely impressed with the quality and workmanship, I have a window trim flute style with square blocks that I was nervous about the backsplash being cut around it correctly. Well, Fit like a glove! Really impressed with the details. What brings me to write this review 10 years later is my brother is about to do his kitchen and ask me where I got my cabinets and granite. Over the last 10 years I've redone my bathrooms and got granite countertops and sinks from L and E also. The only complaint I have the hinges on the cabinets are forever breaking. Self close ones are just terrible quality, I've been in a couple, three times to get replacements, but other than a bath the cabinets look the same as they did when I installed them. No fading, scratching, cracking whatsoever, still beautiful to look at.I do need to get my granite cleaned and polished back up.

This was the first time that we purchased new kitchen cabinets and countertops. L & E Stone is a well oiled machine. We had excellent service from the first time we stepped into the showroom. They were in a temporary space and move, and never missed a beat with our project! No more Home Depot cabinets and countertops for us. Great job L & E!!!

If it is possible I would give 0 stars. I was told I could not do1 piece of granite for a backsplash, even though many other granite installers do 1 piece. The reason being their installer is in a HUGE hurry always and 3 pieces is faster and easier than 1. I now have very visible seams since it a piece of dark granite. The seams are rough and not even. In addition the there is a crack on the corner of my island. A good installer would have shifted the granite and made sure that crack was not visible. L&E has not been cooperative and refuses to accept responsibility categorizing me as "difficult". This all could have been easy from the very beginning if they had not lied and said they couldn't do one piece for backsplash. I asked several times knowing it would cost more only to be told not possible even though one piece is common place with installers. There are many good installers in columbus I would avoid L&E.

We had an issue with a countertop we ordered and called them to review the issue (a couple scratches). They promptly had someone come and check it out, and they replaced the countertop with a new piece. I'm very impressed and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks, L&E.
