Didn't have to show my receipt upon exiting this location. It's always clean and the cashiers and ppl at the service desk are always really nice!

If you close at 10pm but your security guard won’t let me in the doors at 9:50 you should advertise your closed before 10pm. I live very close and rushed to make it in time just to be told I couldn’t buy the one thing needed to grab.

Your customer service is horrible. Your online pickup is the worst. You're given a timeframe and then you get a text saying running behind. This is every time. Shouldn't take more than you can handle. Still waiting 1.5 hrs for a text saying it's ready . Kroger doesn't care the least bit about service because they sell food that people have to have. You can disagree, but, except for waits at line, Walmart is much better

They closed at 09:57 and the guard wouldn't even let me grab a milk for my 3 year old. I felt very disappointed. Never using this store again.

This kroger used to be good, but it turned out to be terrible now, zero customer service. I don't know who they're going to survive if they don't care about their customers? And without customers, Kroger cannot last that long. This Kroger has the most unprofessional and horrible managers.

Horrible.. Kroger stop being lazy / cheap and hire peoole to work check out lanes, tired of self check outs. This is just one of reason why I dont go Krogers as much or at all.

This kroger has a bunch of barbarians who work there and who also do NOT work there hanging out by the doors so they can falsely accuse people of stealing on their way out apparently. Always come to this kroger never been accused of this anywhere until tonight. At first I refused to give them the receipt because it's ridiculous in the first place because all those people just watched us in self checkout and saw us pay. The security lady tried to grab my cart and stop me that was full of BAGGED groceries. I then decided to show them my receipt, and they STILL falsely accused me of stealing. And they kept yelling it as if they were trying to publicly shame me for something I didn't do. There was a large man participating in this, he also got in my face SCREAMING at me and I asked if he even worked there and he screamed like a girl at the top of his lungs "NO BUT I USED TO". Not gonna lie, it got pretty heated because after realizing I did NOT steal anything, they still kept insisting I was stealing and making a scene about it. So yeah I got pissed. We are paying customers who ALWAYS go to the store for years now. Also we even go out of our way to go this kroger cuz we USED to like better than the one closer to our home.

Always needs more check out lanes open. The line is horrendous and staff is usually unhelpful.
