I do not usually care to write reviews on google, but this last experience was really alarming to me and when i reported it to customer service, I didn’t feel they understood the severity of the situation. There’s a girl who does pick up that always tells me if I’m a few minutes late. I get it, that’s fine. The other pick up people do not hassle me like she does. She also never asks for coupons or tells me if anything is missing or substituted nor tells me when she’s done loading my Truck. She just disappears every-time.Today, she tells me she will be canceling my orders if I’m late again. I respond “good for you” Not my finest hour, I’ll admit. She loads the groceries in the back and disappears as usual. I drive off to drop my mothers groceries off to her. Going down Polaris parkway to Gemini. When i get to my mothers i realized she left the truck bed down!!!There were loose groceries in the back. These groceries could have fell out and hurt someone. They could’ve hit a car or caused an accident.I obviously won’t be visiting this location anymore, as i didn’t feel the situation was handled appropriately when i reported what she did. I find this alarming and feel it needs noted somewhere so others know about it.

Hey Kroger! You might want to tell your employees NOT to put raw meat in with the veggies. I had eight bags of groceries that included two packages of meat. Your employee decided to separate the meat packages and place one each into the two grocery bags that contained fresh fruit and veggies. He had six other bags to choose from, or he could have placed them in their own bag. Mixing raw meat with raw fruits and veggies is a very dangerous practice.

Good Store, Traffic ChallengesMy experience at Kroger Polaris Parkway was positive overall. The store offers a great selection, and the staff is friendly. However, one drawback is the traffic congestion at the entrance, especially during peak hours. Maneuvering into the parking lot can be challenging, and it's something the management might want to address. Despite this, once inside, the shopping experience is worth it. If they can improve the traffic flow, it would enhance the overall customer experience.

They're trying to get rid of people working register and move to self checkout. The problem is you then constantly need people to come help whenever the machines have issues or if people buy alcohol. So it ends up being way slower and inefficient so that they can save a bit of money employing people. If you can't find people to work, then simply raise wages and treat your employees better because this is ridiculous.

Parking is absolutely horrible, however I am extremely grateful to the lady who helped me out at self check out. I apologize I don’t know her name, but she has short hair with glasses. She’s the only one who knows how to keep self check out rolling.

Please avoid this Kroger at all costs. Not only do they never have ANYTHING in stock, the staff is extremely rude and incompetent. The self checkout process is a nightmare. The lines for both self checkouts are always lined up alllll the way down the aisles, and they never have any other lanes open. The parking situation is also ridiculous. I used to come to this Kroger for the last 3 years, but within the last 6 months I have decided to make the extra 5 minute drive to the other location. Management seriously needs to evaluate this store in its entirety, and come up with some solutions.

Are the people running kroger double agents from walmart? Every time i go here it's changed to be worse to make people want to go to walmart or amazon instead.

Good luck getting in and out of here. The traffic is insanity and it's the more ghetto store of the ones in Lewis center. It's always super packed and no registers open. Just avoid this kroger. There's several more in the area that are nicer and cleaner and you can actually check out.

The location is clean and well stocked. I recommend using the app to make a grocery list. It will tell you if the items are available, low in stock, or unavailable.

This is the 2nd Kroger I've been to in the last 2 months that has nobody working at the registers. None. Of course you want us to bag our own groceries at the kiosks, because that saves you (the business) money, but it's extra work for us customers. Now the manager did eventually flag down someone to come to a register, but then the employee went back and forth between 2 registers, and I had to move my items. It's an absolute nosedive in customer service--these kind of games never existed 10 or 20 years ago. Either always have someone available at a register, or do away with registers completely so customers know they will be expected to be your part-time employees and bag their own groceries. I will do my best to shop anywhere but here!

This Krogers is the worst , ? the cashiers are rude and the customer service center opens when it wants to open . When you try to get help looking for something no one is willing to help you find something. Employees will be quick to say there off the . Everyone gets off at the same time . Who the hell is running the store . I guess no body . I guess Everything is free since you can't get no help and customer service center open when ever !!???

The location to were I live is amazing...3min drive from appt. The front of store staff though aren't always that friendly. I think they dont have as many employees working that they need.Cashier checkout lines are frustrating here...there have been maybe one cashier line open almost all the times I've been shopping. The self checkout lines usually have one or two machines not working and they only open one end of the store's self checkout machines at a time.- Your going to more than likely wait a little. The food though is great. I've never had a problem. The produce section is nice and the employes at the bakery area and meat section are helpful. There is a a variety of options of good for everyone's taste.

the most "white ghetto" Kroger I ever stopped in. I was in town for a visit and needed some snacks and drinks for the hotel room. Narrow aisles, stuff piled in the aisles, items not stocked. The checkout process took 30 minutes. And this was on a Sunday afternoon. You would think with it being in the Polaris area they would put in a Kroger Marketplace or at least clean this one up. Next time I'll do my shopping at my local Kroger and bring the stuff with me.

This Kroger is so busy, and customer service is terrible! Often enough, the lines are extremely long with little to no representatives. They need to do better with customer service. I only go here if I must, but moved to Maxtown Kroger in Westerville. Much cleaner with good inventory selection.
