Horrible staff in the pharmacy! Rude and tech Gabe was mean and rude for no reason !They didn’t care I was waiting with my sick child for her nausea meds! No sense of urgency and could care less they told me 30 minutes and I waited almost a hour for Tylenol n zofran, two simple meds to fill do better.. u never know what someone is going thru

This Krogers is ALWAYS busy! It literally doesn't matter if you come here first thing in the morning... middle of the day...or closing time...STACKED!! The lines usually go pretty fast because they have quite a few self serve checkout lanes, along with a few cashier operated lines...but now EVERY SINGLE PERSON has to stop and get their receipt checked by a security guard when leaving. There's ALWAYS a security guard on deck now...waiting...waiting for you to bring your receipt...it seems like that is the longest line sometimes...the security guard checking the receipts...most of them are pretty reasonable...but then you do have a couple of jipper skipper security guards who are WAAAAYYYY too extra! Like C'MON! THERES LITERALLY 25 PEOPLE LINED UP, TRYING TO GET OUT THE DOOR, AND THIS MAN IS REALLY COUNTING THE STUFF IN THE CARTS! FOR REAL!?!? But, it is a high theft Kroger location after all...Also, speaking of theft...they put a lot of high ticket items such as laundry detergent, make up, hairdresser, etc. In a special closed in area in the middle of the store. It's like a store within the store because if you want this stuff, you have to pay in that special section. It has it's own cashier and....WAIT FOR IT! YOU GOT IT! A SECURITY GUARD! So you literally have to check out twice! They literally are pulling out all the stops to try to stop the thieving, when all they would have to do is get rid of the self serve checkouts! If these "high theft" stores would eliminate self serve cash registers, the problem would magically fix itself! (Who would have thought!?)

I won't go to this Kroger anymore. The store and personnel are ok, but there are too many weird customers inside and of the store. Probably , the store is located in very bad neighborhood.
Again - nothing bad with store itself.

The kid you had bagging groceries tonight needs to be fired. He basically just threw everything in my cart, with no concern about crushable items or any degree of organization. I had to scoop up loose items when I got to my vehicle, because a couple of the bags over turned when he "placed" them in the cart. I even found 1 of the 6 cans of soup I bought, thrown in a bag with tortilla chips; needles to say, those are half crumbs now.

I purchased some pomegranate and oranges but my Kroger card didn’t take off discounts. I went to customer discounts to return these items because my discount didn’t come off and the customer service employee Debra was extremely rude while I was explaining my situation. She told me “I don’t care what do you want” very bothered and angry.

I ordered a birthday cake.For a friend of mine who flew in from Las Vegas! And I went to pick it up !! And the young gentleman showed that I had ordered it!! But it was not made ! I asked why, and no one had an answer! So the manager told us to get a cake out of the freezer. And said no charged. That was nice of him, butt it was not what I ordered from the bakery department!!

The worst most rude grocery store. So slow. There’s a line at the customer service desk and the persons working were just chatting taking their time going into the back and the line was 20+ people. It was insane. Kids running around l, people yelling at each other.

morse Rd kroger branch people who work is very rude and had bad behavior yesterday i went there as usual i was doing my grocery and my 2 kids are with me, while i’m scanning my grocery my 4 year old went and picked up chocolate and the white lady who was working there told him to put it back and he did but she didn’t leave him alone she called the police and said he is stealing,! how 4 years old can steal? i’m his mother and if he takes some thing she can tell me because i was busy for scanning my groceries. when the police came and told me i asked my son where is the chocolate and he told us he put it back to the shelves and again i needed help with some groceries so i called the lady who reported my son when she come first i told her what i needed for help and again i asked her why don’t you told me before you call police if you see my son take something she said you can’t talk to me like that and the police guy come and told me that you can’t talk to our employee and go your business somewhere else . ok i’m going my business somewhere and i will never get back any kroger brand. but i wonder why they are doing that because we are black? and we are muslim that’s why they are harassing us. because the lady and the police both are white.! the reason i’m saying that is that guy is not asked me what i said or even he didn’t asked her what i said to her he only heard the word she said. bye kroger for ever.
