I so here almost daily. It's a good Kroger to shop at. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The pharmacists however need some lessons in empathy. Other than that, I really don't have a complaint otherwise!

Thank you Kroger customers for sharing your reviews. Not sure reviews are monitored and or responded by manager or corporate. First of all I do not shop regularly st this Kroger. Compared to the previous times…great customer service from the cashier and bagger. Thank you!!! I had two items and I don’t really care for self check out. To each his own. I’m sorry I did not get names, but I was treated as a valuable customer. In customer service first and last impressions are what’s important. Not going to beat around the bush with last impression. Passing by security…such foul language. How you talk outside your workplace is your business, but you are there to secure customers and your workplace, not to injure their ears, and mind. You were my last impression and not a good one. This will not stop me from going to this Kroger for a few items. The cashier and bagger made the difference. I pray that they stay there. These two young ladies gave me a reason to shop there again. But I will hurry past security with my fingers in my ears. Feel sorry for the workers and other customers that have to be subject to this unprofessional behavior.

I don’t think I’ll ever use this Kroger again. I can’t say enough bad stuff about this place. Let’s start with my most recent experience. I’m handicapped, and need to make use of their motorized carts. They do ask to hold on to your ID while you use them. Fair enough. I’ve been to plenty of places that don’t and the carts are never charged, kids mess around on them, etc. however, as an anti-theft measure they program the carts to completely shut off outside of the store. I used to ask for assistance when leaving the store, but got sick of the bad looks I would get as if I were being an inconvenience. An employee told me that I could take the cart to my car if I just power cycled the cart when it initially shut off, so I thought I would give that a try. The end result of that was me being stuck in the crosswalk with a bunch of traffic around me. I managed to get out of that dangerous situation and back into the store. I decided I was going to ask for a manager to say that if that was the policy they were going to have, then employees should be required to get an assistant to get groceries to the cars of handicapped people. They did get a manager for me, I think her name was Emily, who looked like she was still in her senior year of high school. She could care less about what I was saying. She kept interrupting me, and while I was still explaining the situation she just starts walking away. So much so that I had to yell at her that I still needed assistance with taking my groceries to the car. Absolutely unprofessional. I will drive to the Kroger in German Village before I use this Kroger again.

And the truth is, I don't know the name of the man who was helping me today with the payment, the internet, the electricity, that's what's there, well, in that box. The only thing I know is that the truth is that one has to treat customers with a little more education and respect. I don't know if the man has a problem with the political situation that is happening in the country and wants to implement this in the store, but believe me, I don't want to cause a problem at his job , But that happened today, February 6th, at 1 pm in this store. The truth is that I would not like to stop coming here because I live in the area and this is where I do my shopping. I have always felt good doing it here, but this man really made me feel too bad today with his expression, plus everyone was making payments and it was only me that he told me that it was damaged. I don't understand. Simply because I stood in line like everyone else and waited my turn and he tells me that the system is damaged today but the others were able to make their payments…
The truth is that he will learn to treat the client a little better, because the truth is that there are many Latinos who do not know how to speak English very well. I, for my part, studied. And so I simply tried to say it, he did not understand me, I translated it for him and that was his response. The following is of no use, But I would be excited if he told me in a nicer and more pleasant way, maybe I don't know. Then I want to tell him that God bless him and that he should really learn to treat customers a little better and I don't know if you read these comments, but if you could talk to him it would be cool because I hope, I hope this is just me and it doesn't happen with more customers and we don't stop shopping at that place. The staff here are very friendly and make this Kroger very inviting. However, spectrum hassling me every time I go here makes every trip regrettable. Nobody goes to Kroger for Internet and I'm harassed by them every time I go.

Today the customer service counter was closed and I was told they had nobody to run it but had cashiers in every lane, ive never seen that in all the yrs ive shopped at this kroger. The same ppl that run that counter are working as cashiers instead of the customer service counter. This is the second time with in the last couple months this has happend.

Never a person to check you out early morning. Only self checkout. I totally understand if you only have a few items but if you go early to avoid the crowd then I wish they had a lane open.

Not the best location. Not very clean at all, staff are lazy at best, if you can find it, they'll sell it to you, just don't ask for help. They'll act as though it's their first day on the job
