Walked up to money services 2 workers saw me walked away to the other side of the building. Then came back to tell me that the manager is on break for 10-20 min. This is the 3rd kroger I've gone to tonight trying to get a money order and they've all been closed.

I was double charged after the cashier through he had lost my transaction and re scanned the order. It has been over four hours and two trips to the store and I the issue has still not been resolved. So much for customer loyalty!

I live near here and it’s perennially understaffed. 10 minutes of waiting is my expectation. I now just leave my cart of $200 of groceries in the middle of the aisle in hopes the lost revenue will force kroger to actually staff the store

Great store! I'm so glad to have a neighborhood Kroger that is so inclusive. All the check out staff, produce people, and pharmacy fam are always so friendly. (Maybe check in on your deli people, they always seem angry and miserable)

I went up to the Customer Service desk and was getting the lottery tickets out of my wallet and looking for my receipt on my phone when a lady with long black hair named Eve came up to the desk. I said Hi - I need to cash in some lottery tickets and return a few items. Eve, sighs loudly clearly annoyed that she has to do her job. Following conversation below:
Me: I hand her my lottery tickets and continue to look for my receipt for items to return on my phone
Eve: "Do you have your receipt?" first thing she says to me after her sigh - no greeting
Me: "Yes, I'm looking for it now it's on my phone"
Eve: Loudly and slowly, "And you are sure you purchased these items from this store?"
Me: "Yes" ( Me thinking to myself, I know where I purchased the items that I have receipt to)
Eve: Hands me my lottery money
Me: Places my phone down in front of her with my digital receipt, "Here's my receipt"
Eve: Scrolls through my phone, then says very condescendingly "Ohhh, this receipt is older than 30 days and we don't take returns past 30 days"
Me: "Oh, ok did your policy change recently?"
Eve: "Oh no, it's been like that for years"
Me: "Ok" I start to gather my stuff to leave
Eve: As I'm gathering my stuff - she walks to the back of the customer service desk removes a plaque from the wall and slides it across the desk to me and very rudely points to the policy, "See it says right here 30 days you can't return items past 30 days".
Me: In shock that she is being this demeaning to me when I'm not even arguing about the return - "Thanks"
Eve: Silent - walks away - no thank you, sorry about that, have a good day - NOTHING
I don't know what her problem is but at least she should not be working in customer service. I don't think I have ever been that disrespected before. She was gearing for a fight the moment I stepped up to that counter she had an attitude. I don't even care that I couldn't return the products. I wasn't demanding a refund at all.
You can probably watch the cameras to see our interaction - not sure if there is audio, but if there is I would listen to it. I complained to a manager named Alex - I don't know if he did anything - he said would talk to her. Time on receipt 4:46pm date 1/20/25 Transaction #: 942 30 47 469
I'm still in shock that you have this person with ZERO customer service skills working a customer service desk. Also, a lot of your employees, mainly the front ends, just stand around and do nothing - including Eve. You guys were extremely busy and when I worked at a grocery store for 9 1/2 years we helped people - not stood around doing nothing and treating people poorly. I hope you take this seriously, because all I was doing was cashing in lottery tickets and trying to return a few things worth maybe $15 bucks.

Delivery service has been canceled three times at the last minute, all times claiming they could not find address (despite several successful deliveries from this location). Have not been able to discuss this with management or the delivery department as they do not answer the phone, even when the live chat for Kroger corporate attempted to call them

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Kroger, primarily due to the unprofessional behavior of a customer service associate named Bonita. From the moment I approached her for assistance, she was immediately combative and dismissive. Her attitude made me feel incredibly disrespected. I hope Kroger addresses the issue to improve their customer service.

Left my thing of sausages and bacon in the self checkout last week. Had already called and spoken to someone about it and corporate told me they would replace it yet when I went even after spending over 150$ i was told by an employee that the customer service would help make it right. I bought it usinf cash in the line and the employee had scanned a card they had. (Just my luck) When I went in spoke to 2 employees Faith and Corona. The male, corona was terrible and rude as can be. And the girl looked like she had no idea what she was doing. After I explained the issue they pretty much both shrugged their shoulders and could have cared less. I then left and spoke to a manager Nikko who also had conflicting resolutions. I have sent out emails to corporate about this experience as the care I was giving seemed to have a prejudice air about it and I'm almost positive it was racially motivated the way I was profiled by customer service. Not okay. Horrible staff and completely delusional on respect and values.

This Kroger represents the downfall in quality that I've noticed across all Kroger locations in the last couple of years. Went at 8am on Saturday and half of the herbs are literally rotting. Not slightly off, not a little wilted but literally slimy and giving off a rotting smell. If things can't be fresh on the busiest day of the week, they can't any day of the week. Absolutely pathetic.

I went shopping on a Saturday evening. They hade zero cashiers! Really frusting to spend $300 dollars and scan and bag your own groceries. It was busy and the lines were long. Half way through scanning, the machine stopped because I had too many items in the bagging area. Just annoying and an unpleasant experience

Meh. I am new to the area and still trying to find a good grocery store. I like Market District but they are too pricey for most items.
I tried this Kroger today. The cart I had wonky wheels. I should have returned it and got another. It definitely was veering to the right. Needs to be repaired or taken away. The store layout is odd.
There is a section where the aisles go at a different angle.
Sadly, there isn’t a big selection of certain items . No G Hughes sugar-free salad dressing, No G Hughes anything. No Gilberts Chicken Sausage. I think I found one brand of chicken sausage. Not a big deal but it’s Kroger brand or one other large company only as your options for some items. Not many smaller company food products available just the corporate giants. Maybe you have a gourmet section, I don’t know , I never located it.
Probably the most annoying was either your delivery gal or she works for a grocery delivery compan. She was blocking the aisles. I wonder does she get an award for hurrying, blocking the aisles, being in everyone’s way ? She had this double decker cart system thing that she was pushing around the store like she was on beat the clock. I ran into here everywhere unfortunately. If she is yours, maybe she should have a bit of spatial awareness of others. She is not the only one in the store. I waited in a small line to use the self checkout machines. Store appeared to be clean. I probably won’t be back as the product selection was too narrow for me
