Walked up to money services 2 workers saw me walked away to the other side of the building. Then came back to tell me that the manager is on break for 10-20 min. This is the 3rd kroger I've gone to tonight trying to get a money order and they've all been closed.

I was double charged after the cashier through he had lost my transaction and re scanned the order. It has been over four hours and two trips to the store and I the issue has still not been resolved. So much for customer loyalty!

I live near here and it’s perennially understaffed. 10 minutes of waiting is my expectation. I now just leave my cart of $200 of groceries in the middle of the aisle in hopes the lost revenue will force kroger to actually staff the store
