Hello. I visited this location on 3/30/25 at around 3pm. I visit this location often and though the staff is overall disappointing I've never had an experience like the one today. I was at the self check out and was ready to pay, however I needed to bypass the pin entry on the keypad as my credit card has no pin. I waved at the woman working the self check outs three separate times, each time she looked at me but looked away. It wasn't until a separate costumer pointed her out to me before I was acknowledged. When I finally I was noticed, this woman rolled her eyes. She came over to me and said "Enter your pin." I said "I know, is there a way I can bypass the pin?" She rudely shouted "No." at me before returning to eating a bag a chips and gossiping with her coworker right in front of my face. And to end things off, it turns out I COULD bypass my pin, she just didn't care to show me how. So I had to pay $30 on a card that I didn't want to touch because of your employee's laziness. I would be embarrassed to have someone like that representing my company.

It was 10am I was watching a lady checking out with insta cart and the two cashiers were cussing and yelling at her and other customers. So unprofessional will never shop here again. Disrespectful employees

I don’t usually have issues with this store but today their customer service person Laronda wants to be unprofessional on the phone hung up on me three times when all I was trying to do was ask about their meat and seafood department no one is there to answer the phone and every time Laronda answered like she has attitude like my money getting spent at this store isn’t important to her yet treats the customers like she’s annoyed maybe she should think about a different career path!

Just submitting a bad review for the pharmacy. The pharmacy tech (Kathy) made a horrible insurance mistake for my prescriptions. She doubled down on her error, and then I watched her make a billing mistake with another customer after me. I had to get United Healthcare on the phone to tell her to resubmit the claim correctly so I could get my emergency inhaler for $0 instead of $52. Please girl, I just need to breathe. I had to cry in front of their staff to get an apology. No, I don’t want to call corporate. No, I don’t want fuel points. It just feels awful to be told that I’ll be charged the wrong price for medication I need. Making a billing mistake is the difference between a patient getting medication they need or walking away. It feels awful to ask them to fix it and they don’t until I have my insurance company on the phone. Nobody should have to do that. This was the most convenient location for me, but I can’t go here anymore. Saquioa was the bright spot in that interaction.

1 start bc I can’t leave 0 my three-year-old my fiancé and I casually grocery shopping about to the end of our list and head to the front meanwhile, a worker says two dollar pillows on clearance. There’s a big skid of them so I myself grab for another Lady grab for a couple other people grab some anyways walk to the self check out scan them. The first four things I scan rang up two dollars, proceeded to scan the rest of my stuff I stacked two of them on the floor in the bags and then two them on the bottom of my cart And the lady working there is literally standing on my back watching me do everything so as I get done and proceeded to pay, she walked over to the PSA man and says watch them then as I proceeded to the door as I already know, it’s about to happen because my fiancé watched it all happen as I was scanning he says to another lady oh have a nice day literally scribbles on her receipt with a highlighter, and she continues out me. He’s like hi how you guys doing whatever and then it’s looking really hard on a receipt for something obviously the pillow so I say they’re at the top very first four things I scan he’s like oh have a good day OK I simply understand people have a job to Of things, but you cannot Just assume somebody steals because you want to assume it without having any kind of red flags like the system that catches everything even when you don’t do nothing and you just move on catches you and stuff the whole system so I’m just not understanding how Kroger ‘s allows this, but I will no longer be going to this location

This is only 1 star because 0 isn't an option. Let's just hit the ground running. The pharmacy is not open consistently during posted hours. When they bother being open, they won't have your meds, or be able to find your account. The customer service desk is also not open according to posted hours. When it isn't open, they won't take returns, which from my understanding of Ohio law, is illegal. This becomes an even bigger issue when you get home and realize that what you were able to find on the shelves (it's been May 2020 in this store since way before May of 2020) is expired or rotten, and when you drive all the way back, they won't accept food returns. If you're going to shop here, check the dates and freshness of everything you intend to purchase. The good news? You'll have lots of time to do that, since no one seems to work here, other than the armed guard who is supposed to check your receipt (which really means waving white customers through and harassing everyone else). The one employee will be on their phone, and will also be very irritated when there is inevitably a problem with one of the 4 self checkouts that might be partially operational, but what do you expect when my 90 year old neighbor has to wait nearly an hour to scan and bag an entire cart of food by herself. I have gone to this store for milk which took me under 5 minutes to find, then proceeded to wait almost an hour to check out and have my receipt checked. I have also seen the armed guards go on break and lock the exit door so customers have to wait for them to finish vaping and talking on the phone to leave. This is a fire code violation. The store is always filthy, and frequently has an aroma that is not pleasant. I'm becoming convinced that this company's business model boils down to punishing people for having to shop there.
Also, I'm going to say this explicitly. If you are going close every register but self checkouts, you might as well put up a sign that says "Disabled? Yeah, we don't want your business." Not everyone is able to scan and bag a weeks worth of groceries. In fact a lot of people aren't able to do those things, especially after being forced to stand and wait for upwards of 40 minutes because a multi billion dollar corporation wants to pretend that it can't afford to staff a grocery store in a major city to reasonably accommodate all of its customers.
Do better.

This store is sinking fast. I’ve been trying to get in touch with the store since Saturday. Nobody answers the phone, A customer service or on the pharmacy. The route staff is always rude lazy and slow. I’ve never met a group of people that all are worse than the others. Whoever the manager is is the person who should be fired immediately and hire someone who has responsibility and who can make the workers do their jobs. It is ridiculous to call a company for four days in a row and nobody answers the phone. I don’t know what is happening in America, but you need to be in touch with your customers and provide customer service. The store does not know the definition of customer service and I hope you get it together. On top of all of this half the times like a win there the meat and seafood counters are closed again that’s on the manager. I’ve been coming to the store for several years. I’ve never seen a help wanted to sign anywhere around the store if you were short on help and put up signs and advertise so that you might get some quality individuals in there very disappointed and I will be going to Canal Winchester from now on

It is terrible customer experience to have an armed guard checking your receipt in order to leave the store. Terrible!

Missing products, understaffed, disorganized, parking lot sucks, carts have locking system that locks up before you even get your cart to the car, barely functional store.

It’s an alright store if your going in to grab a snack but I wouldn’t do my weekly shopping here, the aisle kinda don’t have stuff in them, last time I went to this location I saw that the aisles were not restocked

All I can say is you will pay high prices for groceries at most Kroger stores but customer service will be less than exceptional. Every time I go to this store... there's some kind of interruption with employees or a customer!
Everyone's there just to get paid and do a job no one's very engaging and professionalism Lol! I have to go all the way to the Kroger's downtown or Reynoldsburg store just to get good service and professional environment and more importantly FOOD. Not to mention there's always most things I can't even purchase because it is out of stock. I guess we can't even get what we pay for!

This store is horrible. The parking lot is extremely hazardous, the produce is always 12 hours from rotten, the meat counter is always closed (I've been in there at many different times, and you have to go through a security check after you've paid in order to leave the store. And, I've had both security and staff call me an asshole for asking a question.

Parking lot was crazy. Armed security at the door. Kind of a sketchy place.
