Felt like I was trying to enter Ft. Knox. Security made me leave my backpack laying on the ground in the entry way. I know there is a theft problem going on in this country, but don't treat everyone like they are a criminal. Customer service desk was a disaster, and the lady was very rude. I typically go to Kroger, but I'm going to start shopping at giant eagle.

Why harass your own customers? I am not waiting in a 10 minute line after working 9 hours to have my receipt checked by some chump. Kroger is overpriced anyway, just shop at Aldi or Giant eagle...

The security guards stopped me from using the restroom unless I buy something, every week I spent two to three hundreds dollars shopping at Kroger, they told me I was ban from the store, well no need for that because I will never shop at any Kroger worldwide again, they got hundreds of groceries store that won’t be racist and discriminating against customers, such a nasty attitude they think everyone is a criminal.

Bad experience.. Old black security person was rude and aggressive for no reason. Kroger needs to maintain better standards specially this one. I didn't expect this from Kroger

If I could give zero stars They wouldn't get anything how do you banned a 68 year women out of the of the store for someone taking her money that she drop.and no one wanted to help by rolling camera were they do the at worst store alwayz got people in front of the store bumming money but gonna kick out long term customer

Wow. This Kroger has become major overkill. I’ve shopped here regularly for quite a few years now. They now have armed guards at the exit checking receipts. I have never in my life been so un comfortable. I make more money than these guards do and they make grocery shopping horribly uncomfortable. 0/10. Why can’t we get some sweet lil ole lady or even the old guards were cool. I make good money and am a law abiding middle class citizen I’d never steal so I dunno guess I am gonna shop else where. This isn’t even a bad neighborhood and it’s like the apocalypse comming out of the store. Chill Kroger.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Just had an armed security guard demand to see the receipt for the two rolls of paper towels I bought. Terrible company run by terrible people. Shop at Giant Eagle, Meijer, Luckys, Whole Foods, or literally any other grocery. Don't give Kroger your money.

We are shopping from this store for almost 5 years. Recently, it has become a stressful place with all those exaggerated security measurmens. They give you the impression that you are a thief.......We decided to find another more comfortable store

This Kroger used to be nice it has gone downhill. Customer service sucks they stand there talking instead of helping when needed. Security harasses you for your receipt now at the door i guess they are becoming like their competitors. I used to enjoy Kroger but not so much anymore, food be picked over never looks fresh and everytime I’m in there somebody is stealing smh makes it hard for people who actually pay for their items now we all have to be harassed.

I used to shop here all the time for my groceries. I absolutely hate that they've swapped to self checkouts. Charge me more for food, make me scan it myself, and if I mess up or it misreads the weight of an item the machine gets mad at me. I'm not "old and don't like change" I'm 25, but I really miss actually having a cashier. I've had great conversations with cashiers in the past at many locations.
