Disappointed by my last experience at the store. And when I came here to read other customers reviews I was more disappointed.
Had a very bad experience with the agent at the money order center and I called the store to speak with the store manager and I had more bad experiences.
I will advise customers to stay away from this particular store if you are concerned about customer service

This Kroger lies about their operating hours. It says they are open until 11 but they forbid customers from entering 30 minutes before the store closes.

Was harassed and assaulted by the security guard in the store. Was told i was not allowed to bring a bag in the store while there were numerous others walking in and out with large bags and purses. It was a racial profiling incident. When i argued the fact he got in my face cursed me out and physically threw me out of the store. 3 days later today my fiancé is at a different kroger up the street and he is working security there. As she is leaving he stops her and says hey that was you boyfriend from the other day let him know next time i see him i will taser him. I feel very violated and highly upset kroger would allow this. Will not be shopping at any locations again. Also considering lawsuit/legal action.

Went to Kroger on my lunch break to grab an onion shredded green leaf lettuce Roma tomatoes because that’s what I like and brioche burger bun and vegan bacon! Went to self checkout and watched the security guard that was watching my coworker and I as we talked and checked out. We have on identifiable clothing (work scrubs and badges) royal blue to be exact! Only for the guard to approach us and ask for our receipts! 2 bags each we both had and others had carts full of groceries! Never approached anyone else to ask for their receipts as they were walking out freely without being asked for a receipt he clearly seen me obtain after checking out! He watched me the whole time as I kept looking at him because he was so focused on us. To say that was hurtful and degrading is the least! To stop us only and let the lady with 2 overly full shopping carts go out the door was insulting! How do you fix things like this for the people that actually get up go to work and earn an honest pay daily? How does this not happen to the next person being watched scan all of their items and all you ask for is a receipt but not actually look at my items like at Sam’s club or Costco?! I did a little bit of research with that same coworker and found there are only 5 states that are required to show receipts walking out the door and OHIO is NOT one of them! I never felt so embarrassed in my life! I have worked since I was 15yrs old! Talking first to the supervisor seemed to have had more compassion than the manager I talked to second on the phone! All he said is what world you like me to do and if you don’t want to ever come back again I understand!! What? Excuse me? How do you say that to the person that works in the field that help saves lives?! Then says do you want me to take your phone number? You know what at this point just make it better for the next person that looks like me! For your armed security guard that’s as old as my grandfather to say I don’t have eyes in the back of my head and continue to keep with the disrespect and went back to his wall he was holding up after we walked out was insane.

They are not open until 11 and have armed security harrassing customers now. You will not be let into the store after 10:40.

Kroger's ever-changing prices are increasingly getting higher. Their theft problems have caused security guards at entrances and exits prompting the customers to show their receipts before they can exit the building. Of course I do not believe this is at all locations yet. As with any business you will find some good, kind, respectful employees as well as some of those who are not and that's also includes their security guards. Some locations are more well stocked and organized than others.

Staff is great but having two security guards and one cashier for 100 person line and turning half the lights off an hour before close to make people feel rushed is not ideal.

HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!
Only the self check out is open making everyone go 20 people deep to the back of the store for either a full cart or just one item.

I don’t like being asked for my receipt when leaving the store. I always refuse to show it but it still gets my blood going. I make a point of checking out right in front of the security guard - can’t he use his own judgement and see that I’m not stealing anything? Probably will just make the trek to Meijer in Grove City and get my milk from Whole Foods or Weiland’s. It’s just not pleasant.

Horrible Kroger. The strawberries had mold on them. The potatoes were green and not safe to eat. Security will accost you as you leave because they think you are a thief. No manager available. Twice sent to a fast busy. If all the Krogers start getting this bad, then I will just go to Whole Foods, ALDI or Wal-Mart. Would give zero stars if I could.

Security at door harass customers for receipt of the items that they have purchased. I wouldn't advise anyone to shop at that store. Kroger is should be ashamed to have this type of practice.

Being a retired Kroger employee I'm disappointed in how they run their stores today. The store I visited was dirty. People were coming up to asking for money and cigarettes. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Prices are ridiculous inflation is suppose to be coming down but the prices for consumers won't. That you can bet on.?

They currently have 0 registers open and a total of 17 self checkouts. Only 9 of the self checkouts are open. It's Sunday afternoon. This is going to be my 13th reason.

They literally have a guy with a bullet proof vest and a gun at the door to highlight your receipt. Wow. This is the last trip here and I’ll have to move my prescriptions somewhere else. ALDI doesn’t have this because they don’t price gouge their customers.

At this location you now have to present an armed security guard your receipt before being allowed to leave the store. You must present your receipt regardless of self-checkout or groceries being bagged by their own employees. I've normally had positive or neutral experiences at this location, but this direction from the company is unacceptable.
Kroger can afford to contract armed security from open to close, but can't hire more staff? Checkout lines at this location regularly stretch far back into the store. These guards don't verify your receipt with the contents of your bag, their presence alone is meant to deter theft-- at the expense of every single customer's shopping experience. The callousness and greed from this company at the expense of its staff and its customers makes me sick.
I will no longer be shopping with Kroger at any location, and I encourage everyone to bring their business to a grocery chain that respect its customers.
