If you can have deep feelings about a grocery store, than this is my food store of choice. I will say upfront that it is a small store, very busy, and the product selection is not the best. I could see where some would not dig it. What makes it for me is the store employees. They go out of their way to be helpful here, and have always been so pleasant and approachable. If anyone from the store ever happens to read this - sincere thanks for all you do!

The employees (especially the deli) are so rude and never show the thinness/thickness of the meat? I will NOT except if it is not to my liking. Just show me for God sakes! Always outta stuff and as they continue to "price gauge," the quality has gone to shi$ as well! More money for crappier products!Also, if you are going to continue to price gauge, you need to make your coupons a little more worth while!

The staff for the most part has been friendly, but I think they are understaffed. Like many reviews here, the line is nearly always long. The one time there was no line was Christmas Eve. I'm switching pharmacies from this one that's closest to my home to one between my work and home.

Moved back to old north from Grandview, so I switched to this pharmacy.I rarely review any establishment; however, they never answer the phone, the line takes about thirty-minutes every time, they refused to fill a [non-controlled] prescription sent in by my Dr the day of, the pharmacy was mouthy despite me explaining the situation...I've never had an all-around awful pharmacy experience nor have I ever left a negative review of a pharmacy.

I moved and switched to this pharmacy from the Short North pharmacy, which I wasn't a huge fan of, and this one has somehow managed to be even worse. Prescriptions are ALWAYS late. I'd use a different pharmacy.

Use a different pharmacy.Switched to here to use my GoodRx coupon. They claimed I had to use the name brand prescription despite my previous pharmacy not doing so. Prescription ended up costing 75% more than what I paid at giant eagle pharmacy. Called my doctor and insurance, which both said I was fine to use the generic. So idk why they lied to me.Wait times were also long, (15 minutes vs. 1-5 minutes everywhere else) during non-peak hours.Will not be going back.

This local Kroger continues to put the safety and well being of the local Clintonville community in jeopardy by allowing these aggressive, harassing panhandling scam artist to set up there tax free business on their property. The guy in this photo drives to work (yes that's his bright shiny clean red car with his newly purchased Kroger snacks) as he sets up his begging station. He sets up shop every Sunday. He also has a friend who drives a newer blue Honda that parks at the Clintonville Kroger as well and works with him to scam people out of their money. Stop by and ask them if they drove to work today or to show you their nice shiny clean cars. I did and the guy in this photo threatened me, cussed at me and then followed me in the Kroger customer parking lot taking photos of my vehicle and me. It's shameful and dishonest behavior that should and needs to be addressed. There are real people in need! Stop by and take some video, call them out for what they are doing, hold Kroger accountable for allowing their customers to be harassed, threatened and ask why Kroger is supporting the scams being run on their property. Report these scam artists to the police. Help hold accountability to this dishonest behavior and help keep our neighborhoods and local grocery stores safe. Please Don't Give money to these dishonest scam artists!! Please do give and support your local charities that actually help and support people and families in need!!
