The pharmacist That you had working last night was so rude to a customer.Me being a customer setting back. Watching ,she told several lies. I wouldn't trust this pharmacist. From what I gathered by listening, This particular pharmacist made a mistake and gave someone else. This customer's prescription last month to someone else .because of her lack of doing her job,To see who may have ended up with that script. In fact, all she had to do was roll the camera's back. But I'm sure she didn't want to get the higher-ups involved.Or she was involved with it herself. So what better way to handle? It is to blame the actual customer. The prescription belong to Krogers has some Issues.Coming up.

Great pharmacy, stopped in to get a flu shot and was greeted at the register as I walked up by Scott. Pharmacy staff was kind attentive and was in and out within 20 minutes. Wish I discovered this pharmacy sooner!

Not handy for me, but I've been a few times over the years if I happen to be nearby. Consistently good experiences. Seems small in a way, but it's pretty big. I'm not a big fan of Kroger in general- too expensive, sometimes limited selections. Never do my whole shopping here. But for convenience runs, checking to see if they carry a brand others don't, etc., it's fine. I ended up with one thing I was looking for and one impulse buy (on sale.) Self-service so I never dealt with staff. Decent parking lot for a Kroger (some are wonky.) Pretty easy to find stuff inside.

Just your average neighborhood grocery store. They do have a good variety of wares and their take away options are solid. Unfortunately, their produce can be improved and they could lower the prices. Shopping at Kroger should be like a regular grocery store and shouldn't have to cost an arm and a leg. In this way, it is obvious Kroger is trying to compete with the likes of Whole Foods and Trader Joe's.

The staff is very nice and helpful! The pharmacy staff took time to find me the best cost medicine without even asking.

I just went to the Kroger pharmacy upperarlington Wesam Henderson Road to pick up my sons medication and for my bad luck I got the meanest rudest service I have ever had from the person call ((Autumina ))or whatever her name is she send me the Tylenol without stopper so I told her I need a stopper for it so I sent it back and she left the stopper in the in the drive-through capsule without bag without putting it in the bottle she just like threw it like this so I told her how would you send me this stop her like that no it’s not sanitized and she responded with sarcasm do you want me to put it in the bag!!!!!!!!!! I am not satisfied at all and she doesn’t know what she’s doing if you want to work with pharmecy you have to be clean and sanitize then give medicine to people.

I don't normally shop at this Krogers location but stopped in while in the area. I had such a great experience at their meat counter. Stevie helped me and was extremely personable. He was very helpful and made my visit enjoyable. Thank you for ok outstanding customer service.

They sell rotten meat, have no employees working so there's no customer service (pay employees more to offer incentives), rotten fruits and vegetables, don't accept Apple Pay (in 2021) always running out of produce, and a lot of times only have one lane of self scanners open causing huge lines. Get your s*** together Kroger.

This is a nice Kroger that offers all of the usual sections one might expect: floral, fresh produce, meat/deli, frozen goods, dry goods, basic home and paper goods, liquor, a pharmacy, and the like. The store was clean and had a good selection when I visited. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there is a nice large parking lot.

Waited in the store for 20 min with no one coming to the counter to help. Could see workers in the back filling prescriptions with no other customers in line at the drive thru or in person. Pharmacist even came out and noticed me but walked back to his office.I ended up just giving up and going somewhere else. Can't recommend this pharmacy for now.

Kroger Pharmacy now offers a prescription drug plan which provides much better prices than my company offered medical insurance plan.

Consistently painstakingly slow. Takes an excessive amount of time per car at the drive through. Unreliable with projections of when pickup will be ready.

Love this Kroger, been going there since I could drive in high school or possibly longer with my mom. The employees have always been helpful and haven't had issues with any service. Thank you to all the amazing hardworking employees for being there for us especially during this crazy time. Please be safe and stay strong! Btw there is a bike parking sport near the entrance!
