Came to deli counter and was immediately asked what I wanted and If it would be a lot. Not Hi how can I help you today? I did not get anything crazy just half a pound of the mesquite turkey. I asked for it to be cut medium. Came home to extremely thick cut pieces of turkey that appeared to be cut in the wrong direction. The 3 stars is me being polite.

This is the second time i came to this location and got things that were either rotten or expired. I bought these at night & opened them in the morning and they were already like this. Just disgusting I don't even want to shop there anymore

It is hard to buy things from Kroger online, too many restrictions, it does not say if you can pay online food order with EBT card, any way I have account at Kroger.com and decide to check my luck with Kroger at Crown Plaza in Columbus Ohio.I made my Shopping List and now I want to move selected items to shopping cart, to finish my order - but could not find the way how to do it. Similar problem happened last year, I could not order food from Kroger, was ordering from Walmart they make it easier to place an order and there is no minimum order amount at the curb pick-up, order paid at the moment when it finished online not on parking lot. I thought maybe Kroger become smarter and made ordering online simpler so I can spend my $40 in food with them. Miracle did not happen. What I want to say: - Smart management smart programmers, helping Kroger losing money. So, I move back with online ordering to Walmart which is 2 times further from me, than Kroger. P.S. I want to share my thoughts with Kroger Customer Service, after couple minutes of useless phone conversation with computer I hung up. They don't want to pay life operator, I don't want to buy from them.

This Krogers is fantastic. It's rarely out of stock, and their hours are perfect. It's clean and has a friendly and warm staff... what more can you ask for?!

Review is about the grocery pickup only - Here we are. 10 months later, 9 months pregnant. Decided to do pickup again because I'm not feeling life today. I purposefully picked things that would have easy substitutions and again they do the most absurd things. I ordered cream cheese - plain. I have no real preference about the cream cheese, just wanted plain cream cheese so I picked one. The note says "sorry, we tried to substitute but couldn't find anything similar." I think because I selected whipped cream cheese? Like really? You're out of the plain blocks of cream cheese??? (Spoiler alert, they're not lol). Ordered cinnamon bagels, thinking if they don't have them they'd sub with cinnamon raisin. They subbed APPLE cinnamon. What?! I never even heard of that type of bagel. I will say the lady was super nice when I called and canceled my order no questions asked. I wish Kroger would automate sub suggestions because what the shopper picks out is often absurd.

I want to start by saying I think the staff and store overall are great and very nice and professional. But there are 2 areas that while minor always make me angry and never seem to change. 1. Posting/Marking Sale items and amounts is always Horrible! The number of times I have seen a sale item and grabbed several only to be told at the register "Oh there is a limit of "X" number per customer" is numerous, and seems like a minor thing. Is super annoying and embarrassing to have to either try to ask the cashier why "isn't marked" or it "doesn't say that on the sale sign." Then the cashier gets huffy and has to get a manager who the. Explains " Oh we don't post it but that is our Policy." Why don't you post it then? So people can follow your rules and not have to argue about it? But if you go to the Kroger less than a mile away they clearly mark max limits on a sale so no arguing or accidentally grabbing too many of an item And having to deal with the power hungry cashier and manager enforcing what seems to be arbitrary limits or rules, even after I show them there is nothing posted for someone to follow. 2. To me the most annoying thing after an interaction where I am dealing with a cashier or manager where I have had a disagreement with previosly, they try to make up for or explain away what happened previously. I have heard from more than one Cashier over the last several years something to the effect of "oh Hi so I am just doing what I am told to" or "Oh so you're not arguing about something this time" with a smile trying to be funny or seem tension cutting for this new interaction. Or give an explanation of why they did what they did or their story about why they did what they did. Which has the exact opposite intended effect to me then the employee intends. I always suddenly feel like I am marked as "That argumentative customer" or the guy who I was the "mean arguer. I am probably being too sensitive and not letting things go as quickly as I should but these 2 points just have surface 3 times in the last 2 years and every time I feel like a jerk for even being a person maybe I am the problem patron but I do feel like this store has a serious need for better signage and a staff that seems less concerned with trying to always trying to notice "Oh hey I remember you and that one time."

I went to this kroger last night for a few things. In the past they had been very lazy about enforcing masks for the customers. I assumed that given the increasing numbers of deaths from covid-19 that they would be taking this seriously. They are not. I nicely ask a person to put their mask back on. They just started at me. I then went to the pharmacy since that was where the closest employees were at. They said they are not allowed to deal with this but that they would call customer service. They did but I saw no action taken. This lack of care puts everyone's health in danger. I never plan on shopping there again. I'm now 100% with Giant Eagle. They even sanitize the carts for you.

The lady I think said her name was sila was the rudest person ever. I dropped off a prescription here on Friday that I asked to be filled asap so that I could pick it up 1st thing on Saturday. Saturday I stopped by here before I left town and it wasn't yet filled and I said I'd be back on Sunday. I came back today, Sunday and there was a line for pickup so I went around the store to do some shopping. It's literally 6:01 and there was still a lady in line I'm front of me and she looksand me and says we're closed. I asked really and she got all smart and defensive and extremely rude. Someone I customer service should never act like that in front of a customer. I said you saw me walk up here but there was a line and she gave me the dirtiest look and said again very loudly, were closed and you will come back tomorrow. The only reason I brought my prescription here to get filled is because cvs was out of supply I have other prescriptions on automatic refill that I was going to have transferred to this Kroger's on bethel rd, but after sila's attitude and the way she treated me there's noway in hell I'll ever do that. Honestly I don't know if I want to shop in this Kroger's anymore because of employees like her. I asked calmly if I could just have my prescription back and I'll take it elsewhere to get filled because I needed it and she yelled at me. The guy there who was in a blue shirt like her put his head down like he was embarrassed by the way she was acting. She's very unprofessional and someone should have a talk with her. I'm very frustrated and angered by this. It could of been handled in a much better manner. I would love for someone in management to please contact me about this. Josh
