The Chamber’s Road location in Columbus has quickly became my favorite pharmacy of all time. They are always so friendly and accommodating AND their prices are better than anyone else. I have been using CVS for many years. It doesn’t matter which location of CVS I have used, everyone is always so stressed. They do the best that they can but it’s obvious that Kroger is doing something much better than CVS.

As my local kroger i love to come here, produce is always good and wide selection of items. but the long haired brunette girl working the check out -savannah maybe?- have some more patients, i get it's busy and but asking me the same question over and over on top of rushing me to pack my groceries and squishing my produce, and before i'm even done, going about someone else's items down the belt, is not the answer. Check the attitude because that's not making the job any easier being so bitter.

We have always gone to this Kroger since I was born (25 years), we have gotten two bags of ground beef both red in the past 2 weeks. We have opened them up and they were both smelly and rotten in the middle! We never keep our receipts, so we cannot return. Last straw and will not be coming back to this ratchet Kroger.

wow, in the past week we have now found 5 items that were spoiled or rotten that we purchased from this Kroger location, 2 salmon fillets, a pork tenderloin loin, goddess dressing, and a container of macademia nuts, and some gouda with mold spots under the wrapper. We have also had a couple other random things in the past pop up that were past edible from here before, but thought it was just an accident, including a package of pork chops. It looks like theyre putting out spoiled food for sale.

Kroger, you have exceeded all of our expectations! We recently relocated from Orange County, and we are so grateful to have found this grocery store. The prices are unbeatable, and the selection of products is simply amazing. From fresh produce to a vast array of international cuisine, Kroger has everything we could ever need. The aisles are well-stocked and the staff are always helpful and friendly. We cannot express enough how much we appreciate the great value and quality that Kroger provides. We are thrilled to have found a grocery store that offers such a fantastic shopping experience. Keep up the great work, Kroger!

Very friendly/helpful staff. Has been more reliable than the local CVS and Walgreens, especially when it comes to operating hours.

DON'T EVER USE KROGER INSTA-CART IT IS A SCAM They added $2.27 to my bill and I called and asked why and they said it was in case I forgot an item and added it later. I asked, what can you buy for $2.27? And they said they usually add $10 to $15, they don't know why it was only $2. They said it usually gets credited back to you in 5-7 business days. They say you can adjust your tip for 24 hours after you get your order but it turns out it's only the first 2 hours AND you can only adjust it higher NOT LOWER. They forgot an item and will not refund the cost - they will only give you a credit to use on your next order with them.

This is the closest grocery store to where we live so I have to come frequently but every time I come there is some sort of rude interaction from an employee here. A couple months ago I had asked employee what time they closed and she yelled at me three different times and told me to go look at the hours at the front door. When she could've just been accommodating and told me what time Kroger closes. Another time, I went to the deli to get sliced turkey and the employee was so incredibly rude to me when I was ordering. Rolling her eyes. I am an extremely kind person and I go out of my way to be kind to others and I have my patience majorly tested when I visit here. Most recently I was standing with only two items in my hand for self check out and apparently there was one of the cashiers open and I had no idea I couldn't see. One of the employees yelled at everybody in line and was saying that we were standing for self check out when there was an aisle open like we were idiots. It's just really unfortunate because this is so close to our house and they do have a great selection of products but I almost get anxiety coming here every single time because of how customers are treated. I have friends that used to come here and don't anymore because of this issue. I get it now. Kindness goes a long way with the environment of a business and it's really just getting to the point where I would rather drive completely out of the way than come here anymore.

Never any carts or baskets. When you go back out and get one from the parking lot for yourself it won't work right. Aisles are always blocked by poorly placed "displays," and abandoned boxes. Look out for the reckless employees doing the curbside shopping with those big blue bins on carts. They're everywhere. All the time. It's like dodging missiles. Make sure you check the expiration or sell by dates on everything before you buy it. I learned that the hard way. The line to checkout will always be a quarter mile long and take 45 minutes to get though. Any day, any time of day, no matter how slow it is. Grandview residents are really kind and smart people but they abandon all that when entering this store, probably from the stress, and they either cluelessly stand in the way and block aisles or they're racing around trying to get out with minimal damage to their psyche (though I can't blame them) and they'll take you out. I dated a guy who once had a girlfriend who lived in the area...I mean, this was 5-6 years ago (a few years pre-pandemic so that isn't a viable excuse for this store) and he, unprompted, brought up how much he hates this particular Kroger and refuses to go back. I tell you, he was shook. Years later. PTSD. I now drive miles out of my way to go to any other Kroger. I would rather go back in time and fight in 'Nam than shop at this Kroger.

I can't stand the service I'm on a food assistance program such as snap or EBT and I have to say every time I try to buy something with it at Kroger it's never excepted unlike Aldi or other stores this Kroger cashier's are rude and disrespectful when I try to use my ebt especially the chambers rd location in Grandview heights Ohio I can honestly say worst company ever I feel bad for the people working there and I understand that I'm probably going to be judged for saying this but honestly I just want my truth heard I've been reject by my EBT 3 times and felt like a fool having to leave with out my groceries if I can help someone else with the same issue I'll be happy

HUGE line, and only one person working a register. Inexcusable. Lots of staff coming and going, so the policy is intentional. It's abusive. Among those in line were multiple elderly persons and a woman with a full cart who works at a preschool. This has been happening for over a year at the two Columbus-area Kroger stores we go to. This has to stop. We're happy to pay more in order to employ humans; besides, it is the ethical thing to do.

I don't even know where to begin...should I start with not a single employee greeted me or asked if I needed help, even when I was climbing on shelving to reach an item and there were two employees spending there chitchatting with each other and ignored me? Or would you like to know about the jolliest teenaged cashier, who was not only un-friendly , unhelpful, but flat out curt and rude to me. Not "May I see your ID" just, "I need your ID." Ok, kid who is clearly at least a decade younger than me, I'll show you my ID if you show me the idiot who hired you. (I will preface my next remarks with the fact that I am a person living with two disabilities, both of them mental, and I am more than capable of finding the humor in m my own struggles, so kindly stow any imminent snowflakery.) Was it just a random lottery that day or did they need one more person with mental disabilities on staff to make it diverse enough? Unbelievably rude. If she was actually autistic she gets a pass...but I doubt it, I think she was just a C*** and no one has ever complained about her. She also gave me attitude for doing two split transactions (one was a business transaction one was personal, and one was for $1000, so, good to know that matters to the Kroger big guys, they chase away loyal customers who spend money with their booger-rating teenaged employees. I thought the extent of the rudeness of this staff had been reached... BUT WAIT FOR IT! The manager on duty gave me a huffy attitude when the wheels of my shopping cart locked as I was trying to exit the store. As if to say, well if you world have gone the right way, b***, it wouldn't have locked, he said, unapologetically that it was anti-theft and bid me to go out the other door. Not that you can tell which door is exit and which one is emette since they are in the same corridor and I fail to see how humiliating a lasting customer is considered loss prevention, but ok. I get it. I don't look like I have money. I'm wearing baggy clothes, my hair is messy and I haven't slept in about a week because my fiancé is adjusting to being incontinent. Maybe Lady Bitchikins at the register noticed that I was buying adult diapers, Epsom salts and supportive greeting cards. And clean shower shoes. Probably not...she was much too busy checking ID's. But, although I look like a homeless bag lady- not that I condone the mistreatment of such a person as that, at all, but I can see how ignorant people might assume that makes someone a thief- I have never been treated that way in my entire life. Stopped THREE TIMES trying to exit the store after having spent almost $2000. Actually made me show them my receipt on the third time stopping me. Wow. Bad bad bad bad bad horrible treatment of a customer, and the worst way to handle an actual shoplifting situation. I would have more than gotten away with it if I were stealing it for no other reason than the person that was sent to talk to me was a clueless amateur with zero communication skills or ability to diffuse an already explosive situation. I was irate at that point and yelling to be let out of the store and she had no apology, nothing just, this happens can I see your receipt. F u, lady, here's my receipt. I have been a Kroger customer for about 20 years. I will never set foot in this or any Kroger again. Free groceries for the rest of my life could not induce me. Have a nice day! As I was sarcastically and mockingly told by the sneering MOD's as I was nearly in tears exiting this playground for overachievers...have a nice day, back at ya, Kroger . It's been eye-opening -!-

Kroger Pharmacy’s are just not good! The customer service is horrible. I shouldn’t have to call around to ensure my Prescriptions are ready. It’s ridiculous! At CVS, they get the prescriptions and call you to advise that they are ready! Not the other way around. Thanks don’t like their attitude when it comes to customers on pain management. I feel that the staff talks down to me when I call in. The staff seems to work against you to get your prescriptions filled. If I didn’t have legal knowledge of when my prescriptions could be filled, they would screw you and having you wait unnecessarily and in pain. Avoid this place! They lack professionalism, efficiency and compassion for their customers! I won’t be going back!
