I called to have my prescriptions transferred from another Kroger's to this Kroger (E. Main St & Alum Creek) and was treated very rudely by the person in pharmacy. Was told it could take up to 48 HOURS to fill my 3 prescriptions,.. When I asked her why she said I wasn't the only person trying to get stuff filled!!I WILL BE TRANSFERRING ALL MY PRESCRIPTIONS TO GIANT EAGLE FROM HERE ON!!

My medicine was called in at noon they said we'll be ready by 12:45 I show up at 12:40 they left for lunch they don't get back till 1:30 when they get back they tell me wait for 20 minutes ended up leaving at 2:15 worst place worst experience I have ever had!!!

They have one person working customer service and she is so polite and courteous, but they have another person who is the rudest person I have ever delt with. She is always rude and when she finishes stapling the receipt to the bag she throws the bag on the counter with no expression of gratitude for the business. That woman should not be working any where near the customers! Who ever is in charge of customer service for Kroger Pharmacy should be fired for complete incompetence for allowing people like that to be working with the customers.

I just went to pick up a prescription that was needed today and was instructed it wasn't getting filled until tomorrow. I said I wasn't notified she said I know we didn't send one. She then stated they didn't even have both prescriptions to even fill!! So they wasn't going to fill my prescription until the next day and they didn't even have it all instantly pissed me off. She finally offers to call another Krogers I waited as I shopped and received a call from them stating that the Krogers they called didn't have it and that they were referring everyone to chambers rd. I agreed to just call them to fill it you know the pharmacist had the nerve to say they didn't have that locations phone number! I know they have a phone directory bc I used to work at Krogers! They need a customer service course bc that is unacceptable!

They are absolutely the worse. Customer service is abysmal. They will take forever answering the phones and when they do they will say something real quick and then place you back on hold. The people at this kroger are so rude to you for no reason and the atmosphere is so uncomfortable.

Through the sea of negative opinions, I have one that’s positive. I’ve had a tough time getting this prescription filled not because of Kroger and after week it was finally sent to the pharmacy correctly when I complained even just a little bit the pharmacist said he would have it ready for me by the time I got there instead of having to wait another 24 hours which he didn’t have to do so this time they got it right.

If you have anthem insurance, go to giant eagle, it's a third of the price. Pharmacist ignored what I told her about my doctor telling me not to take a certain type of coated medication and would not refund or discuss why. She just decided it was ok to sub in that type of that medication. So between that happening and the outrageous copay, I'm going elsewhere.

I thought I had found the worst Kroger. But this really beats any other location for being the worst. The parking lot is a mess. There is also a gas station here so it really makes things tight and busy. Finding a spot takes real effort. When I went, the store was basically not stocked. The fresh fruit/vegetable section was mostly empty. I got a few items and was waiting in line for my turn when one of the customers started harassing me over where I was standing in the line. The cashiers were also just "there" not really helpful or friendly. Honestly, just go out of your way to another Kroger location and save yourself a headache.

Probably the worst Kroger in Columbus (and that’s hard to accomplish). My provider sent prescriptions here last Wednesday on 03/02. They filled all but one prescription, but insisted that they didn’t even have it “on file”. For over a week. Went back and forth trying to understand if maybe it was an insurance issue because somehow they received and filled my other prescriptions? Even spoke with my provider twice. Still insisted they didn’t even have it. So I ask my provider to send it to a different pharmacy so I can pick up my medication, that I have been without for almost a week now, from a different Kroger. I go to this second Kroger to be told my prescription is “in process” at this location. I’m absolutely bewildered since they INSISTED that they never received it and to contact my doctor multiple times. The pharmacist tells me it was put in process YESTERDAY. I call this location, ask about my prescription and they tell me it won’t be ready until 3pm. ? Amazing how a prescription magically appeared for them to fill after a WEEK of insisting it doesn’t exist and how nice of them to call and let me know that my prescription (that is dangerous if abruptly discontinued) is ready for me?! So considerate! If you care about your health don’t trust this Kroger with your prescriptions.

They have signs stating they close at 6pm , got there five minutes before 5pm as I thought they closed at 5 and they was already closed. Bruh it still a whole hour.

I give this store TWO stars only given the pros such as a fuel center, a Pharmacy, and that it mostly has what you need, and that it is convenient to the Near East Side. Those are, in my opinion, the only positive things here. I have been going to this location for many years as one of my go to grocery stores. The parking lot is always a hot mess. The traffic in and out is a circus show, trash is always in the lot, and carts left everywhere. I think this is a result of design, lazy & inconsiderate patrons, and then the store employees that do not keep up with it. People and taxi's also stop and park out front block entrance so it causes congestion. There are people panhandling, going car to car or standing out front asking for bus money, trying to sell you a cell phone, or whatever story of the day is. The Inside corrals are a majority of the time are empty or have just a few carts. The floors are generally dirty inside the store and the lines are usually long and at sometimes down the isles. And they are killing me with the Spectrum kiosk sales people where you can't even get through the door to go shopping without a hassle. The customer service in general service is hit or miss though there are a few employees that are really good. There are long waits at the deli counter too. I go here a few times a week because it's close and will continue to do so but it is so rare that I have a stress free, positive experience.The convenience keeps me coming back or I would have to drive farther for a Kroger.
