The pharmacists Megann and Doug are the BEST! The staff is so quick and helpful too. I will warn you that the drive-thru tube is small so you can only fit pill bottles but this pharmacy has been the best by far!!

Wonderful experience inside. The pharmacist answered all my questions about my different medications. I would've rated 5stars but the window is not usually open. There is always a cone blocking it.

Giving this place two stars because it was very clean and organized with lots of options and seemed to have had a make over and looked great. Just whatever you do, avoid having to deal with Howard who happened to be working in the U scan this day. He is rude, and very unwilling to help someone other than the young girls who he spent the majority of his time talking to while I waited for him to finish his conversation. There separate times I had to wait on Howard to finish his conversations to get him to help me with items that he had to scan or there was no UPC code. Howard needs to be retrained and not spend so much time trying to impress the girls with his bar stories .

A few things to point out here…..1. I can see why there are so many negatives reviews. Contrary to what folks are saying in the reviews this has nothing to do with being understaffed. Just individuals who obviously don’t want to be at work and take little if any pride in what they do.2. I believe the person I spoke to on phone to check the availability of a prescription was Nisha? My question was very simple and there was no need to be rude about it. I will also note this was the second time I called in as I was hung out on hold and then hung up on about 30s after.3. To the person who rang me up. I couldn’t see your name tag as it was turned around. However, when customers are in front of you there is absolutely NO excuse for you to have you cell phone texting messaging people. The customer always gets your undivided attention. Even then Kroger is paying you to work not socialize. It should be put away in a locker or something to that effect and only come out when appropriate.Unfortunately I had to come here since Target did not have my prescription in stock. Nevertheless there is a tremendous difference in basic customer service compared to the Target CVS on Broad St.

I have a concussion and couldn't make it to the pharmacy until a little after they closed. they made it so it would still be able to get my meds from them after closing time. the manager even stayed so she could approve the release. Such a great help!

This by far the worst pharmacy I have dealt with. We have been using them for past 7 yrs and lately it has become un bearable. The customer service is at it worst with the techs that works there. The rx are never filled for 8 days at a time even the rx is good. When does ot take 8 days to order medications(no they were nor back ordered) They didn't it was important to fill a colored person's heart medications on time. When you ask them, they give tou attitude. I would love the name those techs, but I'm afraid I wouldn't get my dad medications on time. This place doesn't even have steady Pharmacist. I will be calling the corporate, because this isn't one time instant, it happening for past 8 monthsThey lost good dedicates employees there. I wonder why. The incompetent of this place is at another level.

Worst customer service. They are not giving proper time to pick up medicine. First they told me tomorrow and then after 1 week and again tomorrow. They even did not processed my order at the first time. Now they told me that your order was not processed we have to submit the order.Bad service.
