I originally stopped by to have a watch resized, but brought my grandmother’s engagement and wedding bands to see if they could create a custom piece. Not only did Alec have a vision, he sketched it out and they ultimately created a custom piece more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. I wouldn’t go anywhere else but Koulian for my jewelry needs. The staff is warm and welcoming, and deliver the kind of service you can only get from a family owned business that really hears and values their customers. Additionally the quality and price are incredibly reasonable. I’ve had my ring for almost a year now and it is in just as great shape since I first got it.

Incredible service and repair. They were able to fix my favorite pair of earrings quickly and expertly. If I ever need jewelry repair, I will go straight to this shop : )

My chain broke and I took it to another jeweler who “fixed it”. It broke within a day. Took it here and it looks brand new couldn’t ask for better service either.

My fiancé proposed with a 30 yr old family heirloom ring and when I realized one of the small stones fell out I was devastated. I stopped by Koulian Jewelers to see if they could help and was immediately comforted by Alec. He helped us pick a beautiful new setting to protect our heirloom center stone and I absolutely LOVE my new ring. He also helped us pick out my fiancé's wedding band and resized my heirloom bands which another jeweler refused to help with. Alec and made this part of our wedding planning process so seamless and easy.

It's not every day that you walk into a place of business and feel immediately welcomed, and I was so thrilled to find that at Koulian today. I went in for a watch band adjustment, and Alec was so kind and helpful. He was even sweet to my little pup, and said "Of course she can come in," when I asked if it was okay. See - it's these little things that make for a business you want to frequent. I highly recommend. GO to Koulian!

Incredible to work with! I will use them for all my jewelry from now on. they helped with wedding rings for me and my new bride. Hands down, the best service in Columbus. Alec is both funny and kind. Had this beautiful ring I needed resized. Finally a perfect fit. Passed down from my mother who got it as a gift in Tokyo 40 years ago. Meant a lot to her. Koulian Jewelers did beautiful work. The whole staff is great. Alec was fantastic. I can finally wear this ring freely without worrying it's going to fall off my hand.

We found Koulian Jewelers because of its location, 5-star reviews, and a recommendation from a friend. Needless to say we were impressed by the attention to detail and personalized experience that we immediately received from the staff! We were able to pick out an amazing engagement ring and could not be happier with deciding to come here. They even fixed my watches I brought in free of charge as part of our engagement ring experience. Great place.
