Very low stock of women's clothing and parking lot is under construction and has been for months. The worst part - checkout today took over 15 minutes - only two clerks in checkout lanes and one clerk was dealing with one customer for at least ten minutes of the over fifteen I was in line . Other clerk did not call for help - people were ditching their carts and leaving the store - what a way to run a business - NOT! I may have to rethink my Kohls Shopping going foreward.....

This store was hard to navigate due to displays and other obstructions and the aisles. Also there was a lot of merchandise being thrown on the floor I do realize that this is a shoplifters to detraction to what they are really doing. There is an influx of lowlife people in this area and they are showing it, I wish we could keep them out because they are doing nothing but raising prices for the rest of us due to their theft.

They did a great job with distancing at the registers. They were friendly. They wiped down the counters after each customer.

I purchased a belt, the very first time that I used it, it fell apart. Chect out line was a city block long, 1/2 hr to check out, then only to make a run back to the store to return the belt. My time was waisted with this endeavor!

I came to Kohls at 8:40 to make an Amazon return and pick up something for an upcoming trip, but the doors were locked 20 minutes before their closing time. What a waste of time. I certainly won’t bother trying to shop with them again.
