Have come here for 40 years and have never had a negative experience. The doctors (including multiple generations of Knapp family veterinarians) and staff are superb. Friendly, timely and efficient service. Convenient hours. Great facility.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Wade always has answers to my questions! I would recommend this place to any columbus people with pets.

Took my cat there for a spay and some testing. The staff was communicative. Answered emails and calls relatively quick. They were also very nice in general and the front desk person was helpful in figuring out what vaccines my cat needed at that point

I fully agree with some reviews in here: I had a dog that needs attention in the next 3 days due to some pain, and getting a reply that they have only appointments for new customers in 2-3 weeks does not seem like a good business plan. If I told my customers that, I would be out of business. So strange they would handle business like this.

I’m so happy I found this vet. I had been going to a cheaper vet who looked at my cat’s infected gum and said nothing was wrong and maybe she screamed when I touched her face because “some cats don’t like having their face touched.” I packed my bags and moved to Knapp vet and they immediately took care of my baby’s infection. They warned me a lot of things could go wrong during her surgery but NONE of those things went wrong so I know they used the utmost care. I am really grateful for their attention to detail and love for my pet.

Knapp admittedly is not the cheapest clinic in town.That being said, they are *maybe* a couple dollars more than my previous vet and the care is EXCEPTIONAL!I would not take my dog anywhere else.
