Sheila was very helpful with the purchase of our sectional. She helped with the selection of our fabrics with zero pressure and made sure we were happy with our selection before signing.
On the delivery side, Adam and Justin did a full white glove delivery. They placed the furniture exactly where we wanted it and cleaned up all the wrapping on the way out the door. Nice to find a company that cares about customer service.

Customer service is top notch at Vinson Fine Furniture. From the sales team to the delivery team we had a great experience. Tracey the designer did an awesome job of finding a layout for the sectional that worked for our room. Adam and his assistant did a fantastic job of unpacking and setting up our new furniture. 6 months ago I bought a tall table. They manufactured it for me. I did not love the width of the table. I was looking for something a little smaller for my ktichen, but in the end, that was my responsibility because I did not project it correctly. So I decided to give an opportunity to adapt in my space. 1 week ago, the top part started to fall apart, and here is where my good review is coming. They did not hesitate to support me to fix the table. They even accepted that the design of the base was not good, and they changed completely to fix. I recommend buying your tables here only to be very careful with measurements. Because sometimes they manufacture furniture just for you and there are no refunds.

Update to add: The owner of Vinson Fine Furniture contacted me to let me know they no longer use ServeCo as their warranty company. He also offered a refund of the warranty policy, which was greatly appreciated. I'd be much more comfortable purchasing a warranty with their new company knowing VFF has dropped ServeCo, though I'd still recommend checking out the new company and its reviews prior to purchasing.
The store itself is very nice with a wide variety of options. However, do NOT let them talk you into their "protection plan" through a company called "Serve Co." I am SO disappointed that I let Kitchen Tables and More lead me to believe that this plan would be good - an absolute waste of $120 for the 5-year plan. I finally attempted to use the plan after two years due to some scratches and marks on the table from my children's toys, which seemingly fell within the protection plan requirements. Serve Co has found a way of getting around covering what they have listed as covering, and I am so disappointed. I'm disappointed in Kitchen Tables and More for using this scam of a company.

I bought furniture from Vinson’s friendly, professional staff in September. I asked about my choices when I needed guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Beautiful furniture delivered early December. I couldn’t be happier with their communication and top notch service. Thank you!

My aunt and I found the most beautiful farmhouse table! All solid wood and the most incredible pedestal! We got the 4th of July Sale and got a great price. We also found a floor sample sette by Norwalk - the height of comfort and quality.
