Vaneisha-VTFDB- I have been going to this Barber for at least 6 plus years. On 06/09/2023. I went for my normal biweekly appointment ,(which is consistently changed due to Vaneisha being late), which was the case on this day. Her tardiness had me running late for another appointment,so I thought nothing of it when she didn't give me the mirror to look over my cut as she normally does. But, she had been cutting me for 6 years, and I hadn't had any major issues with my cuts so I headed to my next appointment. When I arrived home a couple of hours later it was quite obvious why I wasn't given the mirror.Vaneisha had shaved over half of my left eyebrow OFF! I remember some awkward behavior from her before I left the shop, but again, I thought nothing of it. She knew she had shaved off my brow and let me leave without acknowledging or apologizing for her careless /unprofessional mistake. When? I immediately called after realizing what happened. , she just said "my fault next cut on me." She did not refund my $40 as she should because why would I return to someone who would treat their client so horribly? UNProfessional!I I wish I could do a 0 star!

Victoria Fowler (Tori) put a Wave Nouveau in my hair 5/15/2022. She told me not to shampoo my hair for 30 days and to apply Blue Magic Shea Butter to my scalp. I reached out to her via text to tell her I was losing my hair. She said I would lose some hair. She never invited me to come in to the shop to look at the damage. I finally caught up to Mrs. Fowler the first week of July. We got absolutely no where. She took responsibility for nothing. Every woman cherish her crown. That's why we go to the professionals. Mrs. Fowler insisted the loss of my hair rested in my hands; however, she is the stylist who stated she's been in business for 40 years. She'll never admit she made a mistake causing my hair loss. Do me a favor and stay away from her chair. She's not accountable! In fact, the the business isn't BBB accredited. So enter at your own risk!!! All I know is I had a full head of hair before I sat down in her chair, and now this is what I'm left with.

***************************** (****) put a Wave Nouveau in my hair 5/15/22 and my hair fell out in patches. I texted and told her. She replied that I would lose some hair. She didn't offer to have me come in to even look at my hair. She told me not to shampoo my hair for 30 days and to use Blue Magic on my scalp. Even after using a lot of the Step 2 and the moisturizing spray, the curl left my hair, and it was a light greenish color. I didn't notice the breakage until the curl left my hair. I sent **** a photo of the breakage in the back of my head. I have hair breakage down to the scalp on the sides, top and back on my head. She stopped responding to my texts and voicemail messages. I finally caught up to her at the shop 7/10/22. She didn't take responsibility for anything. She asked if I was on medication, (I'm not on any type of antibiotics), did I smoke, etc. Then she said it was something internal and it wasn't her. After going around and around with her, I asked how much for a sew-in, she said $175. She wasn't even willing to give be a break on the price after s******* up my hair. All I know is I had a full head of healthy hair before she put the chemical in it. I following all of her instructions. I've had a Wave Nouveau before and didn't lose any hair. That's why I let her put it in. God knows I wouldn't have if I knew I was going to get the results I got! I spoke with the owner, *******************************. I'm as transparent as they come. I mentioned my past experience with some bad relaxers, and ******************************* had the nerve to say, \

Always a great vibe and positive energy every time I walk through the door all the Barbers and stylists are super polite and helpful and the owner is always around to answer any question or help you navigate around some of the fashion she has in the salon great place always leave looking better than when I went in
