I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tessa, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Even though she’s not my regular beautician, I trust her completely whenever I need her services. I have been going to Kenneth's New Albany on and off. I came to Aubrey first in May when I needed my haircut fixed that I had done at a different salon and she was AMAZING at making my hair look even and gave me the layers I originally asked for. I recently came back to see her on Saturday June 27 for a partial highlight before my vacation. I asked for subtle highlights on my dark brown hair, and she did just that! Gave me light brown highlights with a pop of gold. She is very easy to talk to, really listens to your needs and makes the perfect suggestions. I will 1000% always come back to Aubrey at the New Albany location. If you are looking for a new stylist I recommend her or any of the talented stylist at Kenneth's.

If you need a massage, request Shirlena! She is the absolute Best!! I have neck, shoulder and back issues so I was a little hesitant. However, I’ve already been back several times, as she really knows her stuff! The massages, the stones, it’s so relaxing and she knows how to do a true “therapeutic” massage without causing any pain afterwards. Again, Shirlena is her name! Ask for her!

Making the decision to drive an hour and half to have Angel take care of my hair IS the best decision I have made! Her suggestion of softening my dark hair color has been the best advice and decision for me! I have received SO many compliments! Angel’s knowledge and wisdom on color correcting my hair color is much appreciated! She explained the importance of which salon products I need to use to keep my hair healthy!

I've been looking for so long for someone who could give me a great style that I could then do myself. So happy I found Alex! She listened to what I wanted, made suggestions and gave me the best cut I've had in years! I can do it at home, it's easy, and it looks great all day! The products I purchased also made my hair soft and yet held the style. So happy to have found Alex and Kenneth's!!!!!!

I came in to Kenneth's for my pedicure appt a day early and because I was unable to keep my appt the following day they worked me in with Patience that day. She was awesome. Very friendly and lovely personality. Took extra care with moisturizing problem areas. So happy with end result and would definitely return to Patience in the future.

This was the second time I had my hair done at Kenneth’s. The first time I had it done was just a wash, protein treatment, cut and style. The stylist was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. The second time I went back I had another stylist, Nikki. I wanted to do a balayage and had many questions which she was able to answer. After a consultation and some recommendations she went to work on my dark wavy/curly hair putting in the most beautiful honey blonde baby lights in just the right places. It was stunning and I am still receiving compliments on it. Thank you, Nikki! I am looking forward to my next appointment with you!

Stylist: Honestly Jo was one of the best stylists I’ve had in a long time. I’m usually shy and awkward but I had a wonderful time talking to Jo. She did a beautiful job cutting my hair and an even better job with dyeing it. I’m in love with my hair and will definitely come back to see Jo when it’s time for a touch up ❤️

Stylist: I have been going to Kelsey at the New Albany Salon for about 11 years. She is absolutely amazing. I have been out of the country the last 4 years, I never let anyone touch my hair….lol Now I’m home and can’t wait for her to do her magic!
