KEMBA Whitehall Branch is a good credit union that has made a lot of improvements over the years. The representatives are nice, helpful, and extremely friendly. The ATM's and tellers are always helpful. Members report that the credit union has always come through for them, with things being resolved quite quickly. Some note that membership at KEMBA has its advantages. The branch is conveniently located for those in Whitehall, Bexley, and east Columbus neighborhoods to open an account, apply for a loan, or use their competitive cash deposit products.

My first visit at Kemba Financial went very well. I met with Christian Cooper, who provided excellent customer service, was very knowledgeable and made the process of setting up my new accounts seamless. The app is easy to use and transition between my accounts. I am highly pleased with Kemba so far.
