I'll explain why this place gets rated as one of the WORST dealerships out there. And you can look at my other reviews it takes a lot for me to say this kind of stuff. A few years back my brother got a car here. He was approved, signed the papers gave the down payment and took the car off the lot...fast forward two days later when they came and towed the car back to their store because he "didn't qualify" for the car....this place is a joke. Ive also heard six people at least say that they had perfect credit or close and were denied or the ones that did get, and recent,and it broke down two weeks later...don't go here unless you like to gamble. I don't even know if my brother got his down payment back he fought for a while. Not surprised it's one of the lowest rated dealerships in Columbus or in general but am surprised they are still there.

Don’t recommend at alll ! My car didn’t last me 3 months nd broke down on me . Had me paying a lot for a Nissan . Dat didn’t even last me 3 months or a year . Plz if u are looking for a car plz don’t go here , they gave me a car that already had so much problems with it , the first day I got it my gas tank was broken nd wasn’t taking no gas , I had to take it bck to dem I didn’t want it but they told me “oh no we going to fix it “ , den 1 months later my axle broke on me On my way! To work , took it bck to dem they told me “ oh the person who had the car never fixed it “ nd charged me almost 1k outta my pocket to fix it , when I ain’t even had it for long . The car haves so much problems I told dem to come get there car , they jus never came nd got it now the car is not turning on nd is in my parking lot I’m tired of calling dem they never answer ! Their phone calls at all . DONT RECOMMEND PLZ STAY AWAY .

Absolutely ? garage car lot they only deal with illegal immigrant no one there can speak English and they refuse to tell you anything about car or give you key. They said how much you have. Was about all the English they can say. Buyer beware.

Terrible dealership!!! We wanted to look at a car on the lot...they don't know their inventory, they won't bring you keys unless you agree to how much they want down for the car, still wouldn't bring keys to look at the car, then wants to know how much cash we have to spend(when we said it would be a cash sale), and wouldn't tell us how much the cash price is until we told them how much cash we have to spend...still no key fob to look at car!!! Very, very shady!!!

I bought a car from them and not a week in it broke down when I tried to take it back to them they basically told me to get lost and threatened to call the cops on me the lady in the front needs to be fired for how she treated me I will be pressing charges

worst place ever to buy a car. they absolutely suck, they sold me a car and it instantly blew up and they wouldn’t refund me any kind of money they actually took me to court. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!! save yourself the hassle!

Took my car without warning, has my tools, my daughters medication, and money in it.
Ive called to pay them multiple times and was blown off. I Have been calling them since my car disappeared from a grocery store that I walked into and they hang up on me every time.

3D4PH9FV3AT206368. who ever buys this 2010 dodge journey its a blue one MAKE SURE YOU ASK ABOUT IF THEY GOT THE DRIVERS SIDE WINDOW FIXED MAKE SURE THEY HAVE THE MOTOR FIXED MAKE SURE THE BATTERY HOLDER IS FIXED AND MAKE SURE THE MOTOR IS FIXED BECAUSE I HAD THIS CAR I PUT IN OVER 2,000 DOLLARS TO HAVE IT SAFE TO DRIVE AND 1 DAY AFTER BUYING IT IT WOULDNT START BECUASE OF THE STARTER THE MOTOR COOKED ITS SELF THE HEADS BLEW THE OIL FILTER WENT OUT AND I KEPT MAINTENCE UP EVERY 3,000 MILES AND I HAVE THE PROOF SO BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

They sell you a car and when the car goes bad weeks later they lie and say they never sold you it or seen you before I just sent me friend to a attorney because same was done to him can’t wait till they get taken to court because they also lied to him and said well pick up the car and fix it and they picked it up and just took it probably to sell again and do the same hope they get closed down Ive already made many reports aswell to the state
