We drove to Polaris specifically to go to this store. There were no other customers in the store. The young woman working there was rude, inhospitable & absolutely unsuited to work in retail or probably with the public at all. We will never return.

I love their shoes, but today I wanted to buy shoes and they did not have my size 9.5 in anything I selected.This manufacturer has issues. So much for using my Christmas gift card present any time soon.Supply chain issues or just poor management? I felt bad for the commissioner sales person.

As I walked into the store at Polaris Mall the lady behind the desk rudely informed me that I could not shop there without a mask. 11/19/21My shoes I was wearing a s the shirt I had on. I have been a loyal customer for years. I decided today that I have no plans of going back til she’s gone.No thank you!

The clothing are fine but the person on duty is not a good fit for retail. She seemed inhospitable and offended by normal retail store tasks. Not a friendly person by nature. Get yourself a good retail personality and fashionable store representative.

Polaris is a nice mall with nice stores. Some stores are outside, as well. I was cautious when I was there due to two separate shootings in March. You can’t be too safe.

Love this place. Fun stores to shop at. Very family friendly. nice staff. Great place to hang out with friends and family. Great food area to eat at. This place is just so fun.

I really enjoy visiting the Polaris mall. Upon entering the bath and body works store, I was greeted by a nice young lady with a big smile and nice Personality, She was so willing to help me make my selections. Thank you Bath and Bodyworks staff

Polaris is more than just a mall, plenty of stores and places to eat in the surrounding area.The mall has two floors and lots of variably priced stores with several sports memorabilia stores. Outside the mall is a Field and Stream among others in a outside walking area. The traffic can be a small aggravation,but when I shop in Columbus,this is my preferred stop..

This 5 star Yelp review is told in 4 acts, edited for time and content: #1 The Surprise: I'm going Christmas shopping with my daughter while my wife is getting her hair did. Right before we leave, I thought my daughter had a dirty diaper, but turns out no...uhh, it was, uhh, me. I guess too many IPAs the previous night, it's impossible to tell. But my shoes were already on, her coat was on, she's getting whiny, I had to act fast. So I cut my underwear off with a pocket knife and went commando to start one of the greatest days I've ever described in a Yelp review. #2 The Titty: We walked in through Macy's, daughter fussing and fighting to be picked up because walking is hard. Since we wake up oppressively early in the morning, we got there right as the place opened. As I walked past a babe employee bending over to set up some lipstick or something, my wing-daughter decided to be a dick and threw her pacifier on the ground. When I bent down to pick it up, I realized my wing-daughter wasn't being a dick: she was being a professional wing-daughter. She was actually signaling the semi-exposed breast of the bending-over Macy's employee. I high-fived my baby, winked at the babe, and then skipped along into the general mall area. #3 The Shoes: Daughter played aggressively in the indoor playground. Figured out the big slide and landed on her butt so many times that she eventually was over ALL of it. Having collected the germs of the greater Columbus area, it was time to go put those hands in our mouths. But before we left, a local father told my he liked my shoes. Not a lot of exposition here, I just love compliments!!!!!!! #4 The Phone Number: Went to CPK to have a pizza and IPAs with my aforementioned daughter. After adorably feeding each other with our unwashed hands, a babe server walked up and said something like "your wing-daughter is so adorable, I wanted to take a picture of her and then get your phone number and send it to you". Phone number??? Was she trying to get my phone number??? Having a toddler who inherited her beauty directly from me, I assumed this would have happen multiple times a day for the past 2 years. But it hasn't. Impossible to tell why. But wow did this day turn around. I ultimately said no because she said she had a kid, and really who needs that mess. Polaris is an American mall located in America, USA. It's family friendly, babe friendly, and most importantly, America friendly. 5 stars (taken directly from the American flag).
