I wanted to buy a gift card. There were none on display; so I asked a cashier. She found one back of her counter. Then I got in a very long line to pay. Even though there was a bank of check outs, maybe self-checkouts, none were working. There were only 2 cashiers, who were doing their best, but only 2 cashiers a few days before Christmas ...

I haven't really been a long-time customer at Joann's, but I started creating my own flower arrangements, and they have the best selection of artificial flowers, as well as some of the best prices. Highly recommend.

I am writing this review while waiting in the longest line I have ever been in... And I grew up during communism...I dont like leaving bad reviews, but according to other customers, this location always has long lines so obviously, it is a store policy to have only 1 register open on weekends, which is probably their busiest time. We won't be coming back and will advise our friends and family to do the same.

Store is fine, but only one cashier and many stood in line FOREVER! At least 45 minutes or more. I should have left, but didn't.

Heed everyone else’s warning about this store. I had plenty of time to type this while I waited in line for an hour and 15 minutes at 3:00 on a Wednesday. Look in my history and you’ll see I have never given a 1 star review, that’s how bad this store is now.I have been here 4 times in the last 6 months and it’s always a skeleton crew. All visits have been a minimum 45 minute wait in line. If I die and goto hell I will just be constantly visiting this Joann in its current condition.Hey hiring personnel , maybe give a more competitive wage and actually staff it here? Or if you really really hate the idea of paying people a reasonable wage at least give us a way out with a self check out. The only cashiers today were very kind , but every single one was elderly which isn’t ideal as it takes 10 minutes to checkout somebody with 3 skeins of yarn.Save some time and drive to literally any other Joann in this state

Super busy,long line! Hour wait to check out. Great early Black Friday deals,but the 5star rating goes to all the staff! Very pleasant,helpful and quick in the store and getting everyone thru the line

This joanns used to be great. Now every time I come there is a long line and only 1 register open. And when we tried to find another person the (I assume a very young manager) we nicely asked got very rude about not having anyone else but also didn't even jump in to help. The day b4 a holiday even! And the one cashier also was handling pick up orders and answering the phone and had to be at least 70 yrs old. Horrible treatment of the employee and the customers!

My first time in this location. Very nice, clean, well-stocked store.I was looking for storage containers and they had a large variety- 50% off!Checked out holiday wreaths, most of which were on sale as well. I picked out a really nice on for $20.However . . . . When getting in line to pay, the line was circled around in the front and half way back into the store. On a Thursday! Only ONE register open!My friend asked about the situation only to hear, “we can’t get anyone to work”. A sad state . . . . and the lady at the register was elderly and very nice. My friend wanted to tip her. They were doing the best they could with short staffing.We stayed in line 30 minutes. Some folks were very disgruntled and vocal about their wait.I will still go back to the Polaris store. . . . Clean, well-stocked and pleasant management and staff, under an unfortunate staffing situation.

This place is pathetic! 20 people in line and one chatty checker?!!!? It’s Wednesday at 2:30pm! JoAnn you could do better. Headed to Michaels.My Edit: after 15 minutes…we spied the manager on the phone pushing 2 carts in the parking lot!

This used to be my “go to” store. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! You are doing a disservice to your customers and employees. One cashier open with a line of 30+ people. Inexcusable!!!! With other employees just walking around the store. Whatever happened to customers first. After all, without us, there would be no store. Get your act together or close the store!!!!

Went this past Thursday after work around 2-3pm and was absolutely blown away by the lack of customer service. One sweet older lady (Nancy I believe) on the register AND answering phones meanwhile there were 3 workers at the cutting table literally cutting it up. ? when asked where a manager was they were unable to locate one and I stressed my concerns of why there are 45 people standing in line and no additional help? Erin rudely responded that there’s not enough workers but couldn’t justify why she had not went up to help the line along after the first two customers came and asked her. An excuse later was made of “no cash registers working” .. JoAnn should be disappointed with herself having such lazy employees especially at the START of holiday season.
