I had a few stones loose in my engagement ring. They fixed it quickly and at a reasonable price. They gave my ring back to me looking absolutely stunning and much cleaner/more polished than when I gave it to them. I will definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone I know!

In addition to selling beautiful jewelry, the team here is very kind and professional. Madeline and Jeff helped me with a ring that I needed to have cut off, and they will also repair the ring to its original state. They put me right at ease when I came in flustered and I know the ring is in good hands for the repair.

I brought a bracelet into Jeff Johnson jewlery after being turned down by other jewlery repair shops. It has extremely high sentimental value to me, so I wanted it repaired to last the rest of my life. Not only was the customer service top notch, but the craftsmanship was outstanding. My husband and I have been working with Jeff Johnson & Co since December of 2021. Madeline has been our main point of contact and she is such a kind, warm, and pleasant person to work with! Madeline made all of our jewelry dreams come true! I had a very specific idea in mind for my engagement ring and Jeff Johnson & Co. created exactly what I wanted and now I have a stunning custom diamond ring! They also created a matching custom gold band for my wedding band, which they engraved with my wedding date. My husband also got his wedding band engraved at Jeff Johnson & Co. with the wedding date. We are so lucky to have found Jeff Johnson & Co! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a gorgeous jewelry piece. Our rings are very high quality and yet, cost efficient. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They sized my wedding band and engagement rings and did a great job. And I also took a in ring my grandmother gave me, 20 years ago, and I’ve never worn because I was afraid to wear it. And they checked it to make sure everything was secure For me.
