I made an appointment on April 19th for April 29th online . I got a call on April 28th to confirm the appointment. On April 29th 3 hours before my appointment they called to do a consultation over the phone . I told her about my hair and what I wanted which was bleach and toner. I haven’t done anything to my hair in a year and a half she said it would be a color correction instead of a double process . She said that the stylist I booked with wouldn’t be comfortable doing my hair. Im am a mom of 5 kids and made the appointment for the only day I had kid free . I was so upset because I haven’t had my hair done in so long and don’t have kid free days ever and my one chance was ruined when I was so close . Thankfully I found another salon that was happy to fit me in when I told them what happened. I would recommend doing calls earlier than 3 hours before the appointment so then people can get in the day they need .

i got highlights here a few days ago and OMG BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. i got highlights, curtain bangs and layers the stylist Jade worked for over two hours because i have very long and layered hair. the final product was stunning and i keep getting compliments. her work wasn’t perfect however she’s never curled in different styles and her highlights didn’t reach my roots but she made me look gorgeous!! thank you so much I will make sure to comeback !Services: Hair coloring

Kaleb is a solid choice for haircut and probably more. I just begged for an appointment (usually booked) for my daughter, who is changing the length of her hair drastically. Well, THIS is crazy ! I just did a curbside pick up and a pretty good sized box . The runner put it in the trunk, said "you're all set", and headed back to the store with the trunk wide open. I got out to close the trunk and asked her why she didn't close it. " we're not allowed to touch the cars." WHAAAAT ? I've done curbside a lot and this is the first I've heard this !!! I've been going here for years and still love them. They always have great sales going on and their mall location is ideal as then you can walk to other stores or the food hall. They have exterior doors and their own bathrooms too. I especially love their clearance as I have found great deals. I bought a blazer on clearance for only $5 before so you really just need to take time to search.

Called the salon before going in to check if they had the shampoo I was planning to buy. The woman that helped me was incredibly nice, and I even ended up going in to buy to shampoo and conditioner. She talked me through each one and even offered to order the purple shampoo online to ensure I got sale prices. Had a great experience ! I will continue to come here for my products
