Charged $70 for shoes that my son wore for 30 minutes and weren’t durable. We tried to return it and they refused to take it because they weren’t in “resellable condition”. Attached a picture to show how the shoes look when I tried to return.
Basically the store has bad quality and customer service.

Tory helped me find an outfit I needed for my sons birthday. She was so pleasant and helpful, I highly recommend this store. This is what customer service is all about!

I have ordered from them multiple times, and I have always loved the items I actually received. Unfortunately, they only use FedEx to deliver, and FedEx is incompetent at delivering packages to our house. When I contacted the company about not receiving the order, I was told to contact my financial institution and dispute the charge. The company will not replace the item or offer me a refund. I will never order anything from them again.

Ordered a doll as a gift and requested gift boxes along with a gift message to be provided. I received the doll, just in a different condition than expected- just wrapped in tissue paper. It looked bad for an expensive present. Called customer service to see if they can provide the gift box and the card I initially ordered and they said that there is nothing they can do. The customer representative was not friendly at all. This company suppose to be known for a high service and quality because their items are quite expensive. I feel like they need to have a better customer service and disclose ahead of time if they can’t provide what is being ordered. It is my first time purchasing and it definitely not a pleasant experience, so I am not looking forward to purchase again.

Great quality clothes. Sizing is similar to the Gap, and runs slightly larger than Carter's sizes.

According to the website the polaris location should be open Saturday 10a-930p. However after driving 45 minutes to shop at this location, they were closed we arrived at 7p. The clothes looked very cute but we were unable to look at them other than from outside of the store.

The woman tending the counter was very nice and friendly. She also offered to special order any clothes that we liked, but did not have the size in stock. The merchandise was alright, but it was the employee who really made the store worth 4 stars, would definitely recommend.
