This place is a disappointment! Ordered online for the first time through google shopping and a week later I’m still waiting on how to return the item! Even google shopping sent a request and I decided that for an item that’s $30 it’s not worth my time following up and going through my emails to see if they responded. Definitely the worst online shopping experience if you want to return something!

Went in here for the first time a week or so ago- great selection of items especially if you are a Yeti lover! Came to check out the Patagonia which ended up being a decent selection and they had a sale rack as well.

We stopped in the Liberty Centre store for a Vineyard Vine gift. Although there were no specials or really good prices of any kind, we did purchase a shirt. It was a gift and when we asked for a box, we were given a box about half the size of a shirt box, plain white and what was either two bottoms or two tops. We literally had to stuff the shirt into it. It really made the gift look like it came from the outlet mall or discount store. When I called the next day, the manager explained that they were not very large and really couldnt afford any packaging or boxes-in general not sympathetic or helpful. Really?? I would not recommend them for a gift if buying Vineyard Vine, the website for Vineyard Vine may be a better experience.

If you want me to come here regularly, it's not gonna happen. You must be jaking if you think I can afford that. But sometimes, I totally will. It's actually a super super cute store which has a lot of fun things with nice peaceful, relaxing and positive messages on them - and especially images of adorable dogs on them, and who doesn't love dogs on stuff. I know I do. It's one of the nicer stores inside Polaris and one which me and Barbie like to stop at whenever we get the chance. Having said that it's not cheap - but it's definitely one of my favourite stores in Polaris Mall.
