Excellent service on a difficult repair, that basically was an engine rebuild. My suv now runs like a brand new one. I looked under the hood to find everything back to factory spec, and yes, I bothered to look that up. If you value the repair being done correctly, you can trust JR and staff, they have earned mine, for sure!

After being misquoted on a headlight bulb replacement (2nd quote was $160 more), I was told to pay $60 fee to put headlight back in. I had to pay for his mistake in pricing. Highly displeased.Service: General repairs & maintenance

AVOID, scammer and dishonest. Inexcusable lack of service. Installed brakes without any lubricant and now replacing brakes again. Started work without authorization!

I really tried my best to not give a bad review but jr shared with me that I will need a new engine as I knew I bought a high mileage car. Shockingly I was prepared for this issues and I was ready to pay in full to get my car fixed. I literally bagged him to give me a price and I will pay him in full to get my car fixed and he honestly did share with me that he did need a few days to creat a price. But he insisted I can leave a deposit due to me Johnny Walls telling him I can pay right now. You literally was asking for money with no bill created? I literally called a shop near by and they only charged me 1,200 to install and call south high auto and buy a new engine which I paid 900.00 for 128000 miles and bought me a new used car the same day like it was nothing...I strongly dispise your shop...

JR's service went above and beyond for us. We had a customer broke down close to their shop. JR went out to the vehicle to inspect it. Had it towed back to his shop. Fixed it quickly and got customer back on road. Very honest. Very reasonably priced. Hard to find this kind of shop and service. If your the Columbus area. I highly recommend this shop. I have been done wrong there a few times. I had a motor replaced, and it did not last very long, went through oil, rhe motor was total junk. Let alone the oil, tyranny fluid, and other fluid they use are bottom of the barrel quality wise. Plus other things that are being done illegal.I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN !!!!!

Never overcharges me ...takes care to secure overnight and provides most services an older car might often need replacing..exhaust,brakes,oil changes they do about anything..fair and done right....
