I purchased the J& K cabinet line from Cleveland Cabinets and selected the shaker style with a white finish. I am so disappointed with the finish. I can see multiple vertical lines on my cabinet doors . Looks like the paint is too thin. I do not recommend these cabinets.

Was a good place to do business but waiting 2 plus months on cabinets and can't get a straight answer from them about being ready is ridiculous

This company was most unhelpful and I would not recommend. My contractor installed a cabinet that was clearly flawed. He should not have accepted the cabinet but that’s for another review. There are noticeable gaps (called hairline crack by J&K representative) on the edge of cabinet. This cabinet should not have passed quality inspection, if they have such a thing. I believe cabinets as expensive as theirs should be of the highest quality. J&K representative sent me their warranty stating “Miltered door joints in particular are likely to react to conditions of their environment. Gaps that may develop in door joints due to conditions of their environment are not included or covered by this limited warranty...Every species and grade of solid wood behaves in such a way as to eventually result in hairline cracks.” My cabinet was installed with this crack. It did not happen “eventually.” The bottom line is J&K employees should have noticed this crack and repaired it before shipping. J&K would not replace the cabinet door free of charge. I should have saved thousands of dollars and purchased cabinets from a big box store.
