I've had several good experiences over the past year at this J. Crew Factory location. Clothing seems good quality for the price, the store is clean and well-maintained, and the employees are really friendly and helpful. An unusually good shopping experience.

Needed something specific I thought they might have, and noticed it by a store I was already going to. It's new maybe? I hadn't noticed it, anyway, and the regular J Crew store is in the big mall.It's smaller than I expected, and didn't have a huge selection. Nice enough, split into men's and women's, with kids' stuff in the back corner. No one offered to help. Prices are, well, maybe lower than their regular store but more than I wanted to pay (though I would have, if they'd had what I needed.) I'll keep it in mind as a possibility, but I'm not really their target customer.

This is a nice spacious location. It is easy to socially distance while shopping. I didn't have any interaction with the staff. No one welcomed us into the store. However, I can say they keep the store clean.
